10月22日至23日，合肥市包河区协和双语学校第六届秋季田径运动会暨体育大会隆重举行。本届赛事践行“健康第一”教育理念，坚持五育并举、推进五育融合，促进学生身心健康、全面发展。赛事涵盖径赛、田赛、趣味赛等项目，设个人赛、团体赛等不同赛制，并根据不同学段分组进行。
On 22nd and 23rd October, SUIS Hefei Campus, held its Sixth Autumn Athletics Meet in grand style. The event embodied the educational philosophy of ‘health first’, adhering to the principle of promoting all five aspects of education in parallel and advancing their integration, thereby fostering the physical and mental well-being and all-round development of the pupils. The programme included track events, field events and fun competitions, with various formats such as individual and team events, and participants were grouped according to their respective school years.
【径赛项目】Track Events
红色跑道之上，速度与激情极致碰撞。
On the red track, speed and excitement collide in a spectacular display.
短跑赛场上硝烟四起、分秒必争。随着发令枪响，运动员们疾驰而出，身姿矫健、步履铿锵。紧绷的身姿、摆动的双臂、飞速交替的双腿，每一个动作都充满力量；每一秒奔跑都全力以赴，以雷霆之势冲刺终点，用极致速度诠释青春的热烈与张扬。
The atmosphere on the sprint track is electric, with every second counting. As the starting pistol rang out, the athletes surged forward, their figures agile and their strides resolute. Their taut postures, swinging arms and rapidly alternating legs—every movement brimmed with power; they gave their all with every second of the race, sprinting towards the finish line with thunderous momentum, embodying the fervour and exuberance of youth through their sheer speed.
相较于短跑的极速对决，中长跑赛事更考验耐力与毅力。运动员们始终保持节奏、稳步前行。赛程中后期体力消耗巨大，呼吸逐渐急促，双腿愈发沉重，但没有一位选手轻言放弃。他们凭借顽强的意志力战胜疲惫、超越自我，在环形跑道上坚持跑向终点。
Compared to the high-speed showdowns of sprinting, middle- and long-distance running events place greater demands on endurance and perseverance. The athletes maintain a steady pace throughout, pressing on steadily. In the middle and latter stages of the race, the physical exertion is immense; their breathing becomes increasingly laboured and their legs grow heavier, yet not a single runner gives up easily. Drawing on their indomitable willpower, they overcome fatigue, push beyond their limits and persevere to the finish line on the circular track.
【田赛项目】Field Events
田赛赛场没有分秒竞速的紧张焦灼，却有着突破极限的执着坚守。
The field events lack the tension and anxiety of races where every second counts, yet they are characterised by a steadfast determination to push beyond one’s limits.
跳远比赛现场，运动员们凝神聚力、蓄势待发，快速助跑、奋力起跳、腾空飞跃、平稳落地，整套动作行云流水、一气呵成。
At the long jump competition, the athletes were fully focused and poised to take off; they took a swift run-up, leapt with all their might, soared through the air and landed smoothly—the entire sequence of movements was as fluid as flowing water and executed in one seamless motion.
投掷类项目的赛场尽显力量之美。在实心球比赛中，运动员们身姿挺拔、目光坚定，他们稳稳站立、屈膝蓄力，手臂发力、奋力投掷，实心球在手臂的有力挥动下划出一道道有力的抛物线。每一次奋力投掷，都是力量的凝聚；每一次落点的刻度，都是努力的见证。
The throwing events showcase the beauty of strength. In the shot put competition, the athletes stand tall with determined expressions; they plant their feet firmly, bend their knees to gather power, and swing their arms with all their might to hurl the shot, which traces powerful parabolic arcs as it flies through the air. Every powerful throw is a concentration of strength; every mark left by the landing is a testament to their hard work.
【团体项目】Team Events
不同于个人项目的独自拼搏，团体比拼更加考验班级凝聚力、团队默契与协作能力。运动员们携手并肩、同心同向，在欢声笑语与激烈角逐中，充分展现了协和学子团结友爱、奋勇争先的良好风貌。
Unlike the solitary struggle of individual events, team competitions place greater demands on class cohesion, teamwork and the ability to collaborate. Standing shoulder to shoulder and pulling in the same direction, the athletes fully demonstrated the fine spirit of unity, friendship and a determination to excel that characterises Xiehe students, amidst laughter and fierce competition.
本届赛事团体项目内容丰富，趣味与竞技并存，“羊角球”接力、“两人三足”接力、“车轮滚滚”、4×100米接力等团体赛事依次开展。赛场之上，没有孤军奋战的身影，只有众志成城的并肩前行；没有一人独赢的荣耀，只有全班同心的集体荣光。
The team events at this year’s competition were varied and combined fun with competition, with events such as the ‘Goat’s Horn’ relay, the ‘Three-Legged Race’, the ‘Rolling Wheels’ relay and the 4×100-metre relay taking place in succession. On the field, there were no lone fighters, only teams moving forward in unity; there was no glory for a single individual, only collective honour shared by the whole class.
【教师项目】Teachers’ Events
教师组比赛以趣味为主、竞技为辅，项目丰富多样，现场轻松热烈，50米迎面接力、“夺腰旗”、“玩偶大战”等项目轮番登场。
The teachers’ competition focused primarily on fun, with a competitive element as a secondary consideration. The event featured a wide variety of activities and had a relaxed yet lively atmosphere, with events such as the 50-metre relay, ‘Capture the Flag’ and ‘Stuffed Toy Battle’ taking place in quick succession.
老师们走出办公室和课堂，换上运动装备，化身活力满满的运动健儿，尽情投入比赛，享受运动乐趣，释放工作压力，展现了昂扬向上、积极进取的精神面貌，为赛事增添了温暖热烈的别样亮色。
The teachers stepped out of their offices and classrooms, changed into their sports kit, and transformed into energetic athletes. They threw themselves wholeheartedly into the competitions, enjoyed the thrill of sport, and relieved the pressures of work, displaying a spirited and proactive attitude that added a warm and enthusiastic touch to the event.
【幕后微光】Behind-the-Scenes Highlights
热闹欢腾的赛场背后，同样有一群默默坚守的身影。各岗位教师裁判恪尽职守，严谨细致地记录成绩、丈量距离、维护赛场秩序，公平公正守护每一场比赛，保障各项赛事有序平稳推进。家长志愿者们倾情助力，穿梭在赛场各处参与检录工作，维持现场秩序、协助班主任进行班级管理，用热心与担当为运动会保驾护航。没有聚光灯的照耀，他们却以无私的付出，成为运动会坚实的后盾，成为赛场上一道温暖动人的风景线。
Behind the bustling and jubilant sports field, there is also a group of people working quietly and steadfastly. Teachers and officials in their respective roles carried out their duties with dedication, meticulously recording results, measuring distances and maintaining order on the field, ensuring fairness and impartiality in every competition and guaranteeing that all events proceeded in an orderly and smooth manner. Parent volunteers lent their wholehearted support, moving between different areas of the venue to assist with registration, maintain order and help class teachers manage their classes, safeguarding the sports day with their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. Though not in the spotlight, their selfless dedication made them a solid backbone for the event and a heart-warming sight on the sports field.
本届赛事的举办，彰显了合肥市包河区协和双语学校全面贯彻落实“健康第一”教育理念的高度政治自觉和行动自觉，体现了学校遵循教育规律和学生成长规律、持之以恒促进青少年学生身心健康、全面发展的坚定决心，也将进一步推动“健康第一”教育理念在学校落地见效、生根开花。
The staging of this event demonstrates the high level of political and practical commitment on the part of SUIS Hefei Campus to fully implementing the ‘Health First’ educational philosophy.
