金秋九月，少年逐梦。为帮助七年级新生尽快适应初中学习生活，顺利完成从小学到初中的角色转变，培养良好行为习惯、集体意识与自主管理能力，我校初中部精心组织开展新七年级入学教育系列活动，为同学们开启充实而温暖的初中第一课。
In the golden autumn of September, young students pursue their dreams. To help S7 pupils adapt quickly to life at secondary school, make a smooth transition from primary to secondary education, and cultivate good behavioural habits, a sense of community and self-management skills, our school’s Secondary Division has carefully organised a series of induction activities for the new S7 cohort, offering the pupils a fulfilling and welcoming start to their secondary school journey.

New Students Gather to Begin a New Chapter in Their Secondary School Journey

七年级新生顺利入校报到。在家长与宿管老师的协助下，住宿生整理内务、安顿宿舍。各班班主任组织开学首次班会，带领同学们相互认识，熟悉班级规范与校园生活。
New S7 pupils successfully registered on their first day at school. With the help of parents and boarding staff, boarders tidied their rooms and settled into their dormitories. Class teachers organised the first class meeting of the term, helping pupils to get to know one another and familiarise themselves with class rules and school life.

新学期开学典礼隆重举行。新生见面会上，学校详细介绍校园文化及七年级优秀教师团队，新生代表真诚发言，校长为全体新生送上成长寄语。学校有序开展学科衔接课程，并组织书写练习，帮助同学们快速适应初中课堂节奏，养成良好学习习惯。
The opening ceremony for the new term was held in grand style. At the welcome session for new pupils, the school provided a detailed introduction to the school culture and the outstanding team of S7 teachers; a representative of the new pupils delivered a heartfelt speech, and the Headteacher offered words of encouragement for the pupils’ development. The school has been systematically implementing subject transition programmes and organising handwriting practice sessions to help pupils quickly adapt to the pace of secondary school lessons and develop good study habits.

Honing Skills Through Practice:Forging the Resilience of Youth

入学训练有序开展。同学们在操场、协力馆参与队列训练与武术操练习，端正站姿、规范队列，一遍遍打磨动作。在汗水与坚持中锤炼意志品质，树立严明的纪律观念，各班教师全程陪伴、悉心守护。
The induction training has been proceeding in an orderly manner. The pupils have been taking part in drill training and martial arts exercises on the playing field and in the Art&Sports Center, working to improve their posture and ensure their formations are in order, whilst refining their movements time and again. Through sweat and perseverance, they are honing their character and instilling a strong sense of discipline, with teachers from each class accompanying them throughout and looking after them with great care.

Fun Interactive Moments Bring Us Closer Together

学校合理统筹作息安排，将队列训练与学法指导有序结合，做到体能磨砺、习惯养成与学业衔接两不误。热闹的校园联欢活动如期开展，同学们踊跃展示才艺、互动联欢，在欢声笑语中增进友谊、凝聚班级力量。老师们全程抓拍记录，留存同学们蜕变成长的精彩瞬间。
The school has carefully coordinated the timetable, seamlessly integrating drill training with study guidance to ensure that physical conditioning, the development of good habits and academic progress are all given equal attention. Lively campus social events took place as scheduled, with pupils enthusiastically showcasing their talents and interacting with one another, deepening friendships and strengthening class cohesion amidst laughter and merriment. Teachers captured these moments throughout the events, preserving the wonderful moments of the pupils’ growth and transformation.
此次入学教育内容丰富、贴合学情，短短数日，新生们褪去稚气、收获成长，养成自律、勇敢、团结的优良品质。愿全体七年级学子以此为新起点，脚踏实地，在协和校园向阳成长、逐梦前行，书写精彩的初中青春答卷。
This induction programme was both comprehensive and tailored to the students’ needs. In just a few short days, the new pupils have shed their childish ways and matured, developing the fine qualities of self-discipline, courage and teamwork. We hope that all S7 pupils will take this as a new starting point, keep their feet firmly on the ground, grow in the sunshine of the SUIS Hefei Campus, pursue their dreams and write a brilliant chapter in their secondary school years.
