春风有信，花开有期，合肥协和食堂“焕新”之约如期而至。3月20日下午，食堂里暖意融融，来自不同年级的学生、教职工和家委代表走进餐厅，他们是学校首批“美食品鉴官”，这场特别的食堂新品品鉴会，是学校深入落实“健康第一”理念的一次生动实践。
Just as the spring breeze brings certainty and flowers bloom in due course, the ‘refresh’ of SUIS Hefei Campus’s canteen has arrived as scheduled. On the afternoon of 20th March, the canteen was filled with a warm atmosphere as students from various year groups, staff members and representatives of the parents’ committee entered the canteen. They were the school’s first cohort of ‘culinary connoisseurs’, and this special tasting event for the canteen’s new menu items served as a vivid demonstration of the school’s commitment to the principle of ‘health first’. 

 

春蚕小管、法式烤羊排、麻薯马里奥、皇家牛肉饼、蒿子粑粑……厨师团队精心准备多款融入本地风味及协和特色的时令新品菜肴、兼顾颜值与营养的课间餐中西点心集中亮相，师生用真诚与热情，以投票点赞方式表达认可，积极参与到校园食堂的优化中，真正让“我的餐盘我做主”。

Stir-fried squid with broad beans and taro, french-style roasted lamb chops, mochi mario, royal beef patties, artemisia rice cakes… The culinary team has meticulously prepared a variety of seasonal new dishes that blend local flavours with the distinctive characteristics of SUIS-HF, alongside a selection of Chinese and Western snacks for between-lesson breaks that combine visual appeal with nutritional value. Staff and students have expressed their appreciation through sincere and enthusiastic voting and ‘likes’, actively participating in the optimisation of the campus canteen and truly putting the motto ‘I’m in charge of my plate’ into practice. 

 

“香！太美味啦！”“没想到学校食堂能做出这么多有创意、好看又好吃的美食！”惊艳味蕾的瞬间，师生满足的笑容，点赞认可的贴纸……都将成为这个春天最温暖的校园记忆。新学期，新“食”尚，新期待，期待未来有更多师生参与到食堂优化中来，共赴一场温暖的美味之约。

“Mmm! Absolutely delicious!” “I never imagined the school canteen could serve up such creative, visually appealing and tasty dishes!” Those moments of culinary delight, the satisfied smiles of staff and students, and the stickers of approval… all these will become the warmest memories of campus life this spring. A new term, a new culinary trend, and new expectations—we look forward to seeing more staff and students get involved in improving the canteen, so we can all enjoy a warm and delicious experience together.
品鉴会不仅满足了师生的味蕾，更看到了校园餐饮的多元可能。一道道美食背后，是厨师们的匠心与创意，也是合肥协和生活温度的体现。守护孩子们“舌尖上的安全与健康”，是学校落实“健康第一”理念最温暖的注脚，让每一位协和学子都能在食堂吃到营养、尝到温暖，用美味三餐守护学子们的成长之路。
The tasting event not only delighted the palates of staff and students alike, but also showcased the diverse possibilities of campus catering. Behind each dish lies the chefs’ dedication and creativity, as well as a reflection of the warmth of life at SUIS Hefei Campus. Safeguarding the ‘safety and health of our students’ on their palates is the most heart-warming embodiment of the school’s ‘health first’ philosophy, ensuring that every SUIS-HF student can enjoy nutritious and comforting meals in the canteen, with delicious meals supporting their journey of growth.
