We pledge to uphold our “Full Value Contract” and jointly forge a warm, secure and exceptional community!” resounded the solemn vow within the Muse Theatre. On 27th October, the Secondary School convened a virtue assembly themed “Full Value Covenant”, ensuring warmth echoes throughout and safety remains our constant guardian.

本次集会由学生成长中心孟主任主讲。她以“安静”和“价值”两个关键词为切入点,系统梳理了同学们近期的表现;并结合上周召开的“基于脑科学的课间能量管理”班会内容,对中学部各方面日常行为规范提出更具体的要求和标准。
This assembly was led by Director Ms. Meng of the Student Development Centre. Taking “calmness” and “value” as her key themes, she systematically reviewed pupils’ recent conduct. Building upon last week’s class meeting on “Brain Science-Based Energy Management During Breaks”, she outlined more specific requirements and standards for daily behavioural norms across all aspects of the secondary school.
从开学至今近两个月的时间里,校园的每一天都会涌现出令人感动的瞬间,这些瞬间里有学生、有老师、有家长。从一张张照片中,同学们积极思考并分享令自己感动的原因:关爱、真诚、投入、行动……结合上述结论,大家共同解码“价值契约”——全心投入,目标引领,保障安全,真诚待人,关爱你我,反思前行。
Over the past two months since term began, each day on campus has witnessed touching moments involving pupils, teachers and parents alike. Through photographs, pupils actively reflected upon and shared what moved them: care, sincerity, dedication, action… Drawing upon these reflections, we collectively decoded our “Full Value Contract”: Be Here, Set Goals, Be Safe, Be Honest, Care for Else and Others, and Let’s Go & Move on.
活动现场,全体师生集体起立宣誓:“我承诺,我将恪守我们的‘全方位价值契约’——Be Here(全心投入),Set Goals(目标引领),Be Safe(保障安全),Be Honest(真诚待人),Care for Else and Others(关爱你我),Let’s Go & Move on(反思与前行)——共同缔造一个温暖、安全、卓越的集体!”
At the event, all staff and students rose as one to take the pledge: I pledge to uphold our “Full Value Contract”—Be Here, Set Goals, Be Safe, Be Honest, Care for Sale and others, Let’s Go & Move on—to collectively forge a warm, secure and exceptional community!”
在随后进行的颁奖环节中,获得“翰墨飘香,笔韵芳华”书法比赛区级奖项和校级奖项、“双节雅级 语你同行”特色作业七年级特等奖和八年级特等奖的同学上台领奖并合影留念。
During the subsequent awards ceremony, students who received district-level and school-level honours in the “Ink Fragrance, Brush Rhythm” calligraphy competition, alongside those awarded the top prizes for S7 and S8 in the “Double Festival Elegance: Language Journey” special assignment, took to the stage to receive their commendations and pose for commemorative photographs.

集会最后,喻校长寄语中学部全体同学。她说:“今天的集会探讨了动与静的辩证关系。每一位同学当‘动静相宜’,动以健体魄、增才识,静以明心智、生智慧。”喻校长强调,所有师生要做到“四合”,即合规、合拍、合力、合心,为共同目标而协力迈进。
At the conclusion of the assembly, the Principal Ms. Wendy Yu addressed all secondary school students. She remarked: ‘Today’s gathering has explored the dialectical relationship between action and stillness. Each student should strive for “a balance between activity and tranquillity” – engaging in activity to strengthen the body and broaden knowledge, while embracing stillness to clarify the mind and cultivate wisdom.’ The Principal Ms. Wendy Yu emphasised that all staff and pupils must achieve the “Four Harmonies”: compliance, synchronisation, synergy, and unity of purpose, advancing together towards shared objectives.
This gathering on virtue serves not only as a timely review and summary, but also as a call to action for all. When each individual internalises these values and externalises them through their conduct, the seeds of virtue will naturally take root and flourish within the heart, coalescing into a powerful force that propels both personal growth and the development of our school.
