The golden autumn of September is a season brimming with harvest and gratitude, as we prepare to celebrate the 41st Teachers’ Day. This year’s theme – ‘Forging the Spirit of Educators to Strengthen the Teaching Profession and Composing a Magnificent Chapter in Building an Education Powerhouse’ – calls upon us to return to the fundamental purpose of education and uphold the noble tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education.

值此教师节来临之际，我们真诚地恳请每一位家长朋友，与我们一起守护这份纯粹而珍贵的情谊。不必赠礼金礼卡，无需贺卡鲜花，也不必邀约吃饭喝茶 —— 您的一份理解、信任与支持，已是最好的礼物。

As Teachers’ Day approaches, we sincerely request every parent and guardian to join us in safeguarding this pure and precious bond. There is no need for monetary gifts, gift cards, greeting cards, or flowers; nor is there any need to arrange meals or tea gatherings. Your understanding, trust, and support are the finest gift we could receive.

教育，是用一个生命照亮另一个生命；教育，是以一个灵魂唤醒另一个灵魂。能看到孩子们在生活中的点滴进步，陪伴每个孩子在爱与快乐的环境中成长，兴致盎然地探索多彩的世界，养成良好品性，掌握终身学习的本领，在将来可以更成功的寻找到自己的幸福，这就是我们作为教师的最大幸福！

Education is one life illuminating another; education is one soul awakening another. To witness children’s incremental progress in daily life, to nurture each child’s growth within an environment of love and joy, to see them explore the colourful world with keen interest, to cultivate fine character and master lifelong learning skills – this enables them to find greater happiness in their future endeavours. This, truly, is our greatest joy as educators!

沟通 Communication

遇到疑惑或是不如意的事，需要沟通解决。让我们相互理解，及时沟通，没有什么是心平气和地沟通解决不了的，如果有，那就再沟通一次。

When you have doubts or something is not as good as you want, you need to communicate to solve it. Let’s understand each other and communicate in time. There is nothing that can’t be solved by communicating calmly, and if there is, then communicate again.
