“工欲善其事,必先利其器。” 新学期伊始,为提升教师综合素养与专业能力,包河区协和双语学校围绕立德树人根本任务,开展系列校本培训,从基本功、智能教育、师德师风等多维度推动教师成长,为新学期教学筑牢根基。

“To do a good job, one must first sharpen one’s tools.” At the start of the new semester, SUIS Hefei Campus launched a series of school-based training programs to enhance teachers’ comprehensive competencies and professional capabilities. Aligned with the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education, these initiatives promote teacher growth across multiple dimensions—including foundational skills, smart education, and professional ethics—laying a solid foundation for teaching in the new term.

强化师德师风 坚守育人初心

Strengthen Professional Ethics and Conduct,  Remain Steadfast in Our Commitment to Nurturing Students

 

师者若水,载德而行。培训伊始即聚焦师德师风建设,以 “德” 为基筑牢育人根基。喻校长带领教师研学教育法规与师德规范,结合典型案例剖析育人底线与师德红线。老师们围绕 “以规范为尺、以师德为镜” 展开热烈研讨,将条文要求转化为可践行的教育准则,以师者之德践行育人使命。

Teachers are like water, carrying virtue as they flow. From the outset, the training focused on cultivating professional ethics and conduct, establishing a foundation for education rooted in “virtue.” Principal Ms. Wendy Yu led teachers in studying educational regulations and professional ethics standards, analyzing case studies to clarify the baseline for nurturing students and the red lines of professional conduct. Teachers engaged in lively discussions centered on “using regulations as a yardstick and professional ethics as a mirror,” transforming statutory requirements into actionable educational principles. They committed to fulfilling their educational mission through exemplary teacher ethics.

紧随其后,“三字一画” 核心技能培训接续开展。软笔书法墨香悠远,教师执笔体悟传统笔法之韵。硬笔行楷横竖见真功,英文书写尽显国际风范,简笔画妙趣横生,寥寥数笔激活课堂活力,老师们在笔墨线条间夯实基本功,于趣味实践中提升教学表现力。

Following closely, the core skills training program “Three Characters and One Drawing” commenced. The ink scent lingered as teachers practiced soft-brush calligraphy, immersing themselves in the rhythms of traditional brush techniques. Hard-pen running and regular scripts revealed true mastery in horizontal and vertical strokes, while English writing showcased international flair. Simple line drawings burst with charm, invigorating the classroom with just a few strokes. Teachers solidified their foundational skills through brush, ink, and lines, enhancing their teaching expressiveness through engaging practice.

随后,“AI 赋能课堂” 主题培训拉开帷幕。快问快答环节点燃学习热情,四位教师代表分享《AI诗集》《“火星冲日”主题探究》《舌尖上的AI》《AI未来职业设计》精彩案例,展现 AI 与教学融合的多元路径。各年级组趁热打铁展开深度研讨,共探智能教育新实践。

Subsequently, the “AI-Empowered Classroom” themed training commenced. The rapid-fire Q&A session ignited enthusiasm for learning, while four teacher representatives shared compelling case studies: AI Poetry Anthology, Mars Opposition Theme Exploration, AI on the Tip of the Tongue, and AI Future Career Design. These presentations showcased diverse pathways for integrating AI into teaching. Building on this momentum, grade-level teams engaged in in-depth discussions to collectively explore new practices in intelligent education.

深研新课标理念 明晰教学方向

Thoroughly Study the New Curriculum Standards and Clarify Teaching Directions

在此基础上,学校特邀包河区数学教研员汪洪潮主任莅临指导 “新课标理念与教学实施” 专题。汪主任聚焦核心素养落地路径,解析新教材在内容结构化、作业设计等方面的创新,为教师提供可操作的实践建议。

Building on this foundation, the school specially invited Director Mr. Wang Hongchao, the mathematics teaching researcher from Baohe District, to provide guidance on the topic of “New Curriculum Standards Concepts and Teaching Implementation.” Director Mr. Wang focused on pathways for implementing core competencies, analyzed innovations in the new textbooks regarding content structuring and homework design, and offered practical, actionable recommendations for teachers.

与此同时,针对新教师发展的儿童哲学(P4C)一级培训同步开展。培训结合真实课例剖析苏格拉底问答法本土化应用,通过小组研讨与情境演练,助力教师掌握实用教学策略,为学生思辨能力培养蓄力。

Concurrently, Level 1 training in P4C for new teacher development was conducted. The training analyzed real classroom examples to explore the localized application of the Socratic method. Through group discussions and scenario-based exercises, it equipped teachers with practical teaching strategies to cultivate students’ critical thinking skills.

聚焦心理健康 构建和谐生态

Focus on Mental Health, Build a Harmonious Ecosystem

为完善育人体系,心理健康素养提升培训接踵而至。丁老师以幽默语言讲解 “焦点解决疗法”,带来全新育人思路;包河区心理健康教研员管以东主任则分享《从冲突到共情》,深入剖析学生需求,详解师生及家校沟通要点,令教师们受益匪浅。

To enhance the educational system, a series of mental health literacy training sessions were held. Ms. Ding delivered a fresh perspective on education through his humorous explanation of “Focused Solution Therapy.” Meanwhile, Director Mr. Guan Yidong, the mental health education researcher from Baohe District, shared insights from his presentation “From Conflict to Empathy.” He provided an in-depth analysis of student needs and detailed key points for teacher-student and home-school communication, offering invaluable benefits to the participating educators.

Foster Growth Through Reading, Spark Intellectual Exchange

 

培训尾声,“教师读书会・悦读绽放” 活动温馨举办。四位教师代表从文学、教育、音乐与运动等角度跨界分享读书心得,引发广泛共鸣;“好书漂流瓶” 环节更推动教师间知识交流与思维碰撞。

As the training drew to a close, the warm and welcoming “Teachers’ Book Club: Reading in Bloom” event took place. Four teacher representatives shared their reading insights across diverse fields—literature, education, music, and sports—sparking widespread resonance. The “Book Drift Bottle” segment further fostered knowledge exchange and intellectual exchange among educators.

 

“乘风破浪会有时,直挂云帆济沧海。” 校本培训虽已落幕,但协和双语学校教师的学习热情与专业追求从未停歇。新学期,全体教师将携培训所得,以扎实技能、开阔视野践行育人初心,共谱学校教育高质量发展新篇章!

“There will come a time when we ride the wind and break the waves, hoisting our sails to cross the boundless sea.” Though the school-based training has concluded, the learning enthusiasm and professional pursuit of teachers at SUIS Hefei Campus never cease. In the new semester, all educators will apply what they’ve gained from the training, putting their solid skills and broadened horizons into practice to fulfill their original mission of nurturing students, jointly composing a new chapter in the school’s high-quality educational development!
