教育是一场温暖的修行,班主任则是学生成长路上的引路人。为进一步提升班主任的专业素养,探索班级管理的新思路、新方法,2025年3月14日,合肥市包河区协和双语学校与合肥市师范附属第三小学联合举办了以“‘蜕’为进,向‘新’而行”为主题的班主任论坛活动。本次活动分为“经验分享”和“工作坊”两大环节,两校班主任齐聚一堂,共话教育智慧,共绘成长蓝图。

Education is a warm journey of self-improvement, and the class teacher serves as a guide on the students’ path to growth.  To further enhance the professional competence of class teachers and explore new ideas and methods for class management, on March 14th, 2025, SUIS Hefei Campus and the 3rd Primary School Affiliated To Hefei Normal School jointly organized a class teacher forum themed “Transforming for Progress, Advancing towards the New”.  The event was divided into two major segments: “Experience Sharing” and “Workshop”. Class teachers from both schools gathered to discuss educational wisdom and jointly map out a blueprint for growth.

Part 1: Experience Sharing – Enlightening the Future with Wisdom, Sharing Growth Together

在经验分享环节,合肥市师范附属第三小学的两位优秀班主任代表带来了精彩的主题分享,为与会者提供了宝贵的班级管理经验。

During the experience sharing session, two outstanding head teachers from the 3rd Primary School Affiliated To Hefei Normal School presented insightful thematic sharing, providing valuable classroom management experience to the participants.

刘俊主任:

《班级管理中特殊学生的精准化支持与实践》

Director Mr. Liu Jun: “Precise Support and Practice for Special Students in Class Management”

 

 

刘俊主任以“特殊学生的育人故事”为主题,分享了他与特殊学生相处的点滴。他强调,每一个孩子都是特殊的,特殊学生管理的本质是个性化管理,特殊学生的成长过程,也是班主任自我成长的过程。对待特殊孩子最好的呵护,恰恰是“不特殊”的对待。

Director Mr. Liu Jun shared his experiences with special students under the theme of “Educational Stories of Special Students”.  He emphasized that every child is special, and the essence of managing special students lies in personalized management. The growth process of special students is also the process of self-growth for class advisors.  The best care for special children is precisely the “non-special” treatment.

喻霞校长总结:蜕变精神,书写教育新篇章

Principal Ms. Wendy Yu’s summary: Transforming Spirit, Writing A New Chapter in Education

 

 

喻霞校长为本次活动做了深刻的过程性总结。她首先对两位老师的精彩分享表达了诚挚的感谢,并强调了班主任工作的重要性。喻校长指出,在教育工作中,要注重生长力、学习力、氛围力和创造力的培养。文化管心,通过班级文化建设塑造学生的心灵;过程管事,关注教育教学的每一个环节,让教育理念真正落地生根。她鼓励班主任们以蜕变精神书写教育新篇章,不断探索创新,为学生的成长提供更优质的教育服务。她期待两校班主任能够加强交流,共同书写教育的新篇章。

Principal Ms. Wendy Yu provided a profound process-oriented summary for this event.  She first expressed her sincere gratitude to the two teachers for their wonderful sharing and emphasized the importance of head teacher work. Principal Ms. Yu pointed out that in educational work, it is necessary to focus on cultivating growth potential, learning ability, atmosphere, and creativity. Cultural management focuses on shaping students’ minds through class culture construction; process management pays attention to every aspect of education and teaching, ensuring that educational concepts truly take root. She encouraged head teachers to write a new chapter in education with a spirit of transformation, continuously explore and innovate, and provide better educational services for students’ growth. She looked forward to strengthening communication between head teachers from both schools and jointly writing a new chapter in education.

Part 2: Workshop – Acting to Innovate, Collaborating for Breakthroughs

在工作坊环节,班主任们分为三个小组,围绕以下主题展开深入探讨:

During the workshop session, the class teachers were divided into three groups to conduct in-depth discussions around the following themes:

 

《班级文化建设》:如何通过环境、制度和活动打造富有特色的班级文化。

“Class Culture Construction”: How to Build a Unique Class Culture Through Environment, System, and Activities.

 

 

《家校沟通》:如何与家长建立信任与合作关系,形成教育合力。

“Home-School Communication”: How to Establish Trust and Cooperation with Parents to Form A Joint Educational Force.

 

 

《协调学生关系》:如何帮助学生建立良好的人际关系,营造和谐的班级氛围。

“Harmonizing Student Relationships”: How to Assist Students in Establishing Good Interpersonal Relationships and Creating a Harmonious Classroom Atmosphere.

 

 

每个小组通过案例分析、角色扮演、头脑风暴等形式,提出了许多切实可行的解决方案。班主任们在互动中碰撞思想火花,在交流中凝聚教育智慧。

Each group proposed many practical and feasible solutions through case analysis, role-playing, brainstorming, and other forms.  The class teachers sparked ideas through interaction and pooled educational wisdom through communication.

 

本次班主任论坛不仅是一次经验的分享,更是一次思想的碰撞和智慧的凝聚。我校将继续以“蜕”为进,向“新”而行,推动班主任队伍的专业化发展,为学生的成长保驾护航。让我们期待下一次的相聚,共同书写教育的美好篇章!

This class teacher forum is not only a sharing of experiences, but also a collision of ideas and a condensation of wisdom.  Our school will continue to progress with “transformation” and move towards “newness”, promoting the professional development of the class teacher team and ensuring the growth of students.  Let’s look forward to the next gathering and jointly write a beautiful chapter in education!
