为庆祝协和教育成立30周年，展现协和教育的发展历程、文化底蕴和教育成果，协和教育将携手宝龙美术馆于2025年6月举办跨校区画展。现面向合肥市包河区协和双语学校全体师生征集优秀绘画作品，具体要求如下：

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Xiehe Education and showcase its illustrious development journey, profound cultural heritage, and educational achievements, Xiehe Education has partnered with Baolong Art Museum to jointly organize an inter-campus art exhibition in June 2025. We are now inviting SUIS-HF teachers and students to actively participate and depict the beautiful moments of Xiehe Education with their brushes. The specific requirements are as follows:

 

征稿要求

Submission Requirements

1.作品类型：各类绘画作品，包括但不限于油画、国画、水彩、素描等。

Artwork Types: Various types of paintings, including but not limited to oil paintings, Chinese ink paintings, watercolors, and sketches.

2. 作品主题：围绕“校园印象”、“历史回眸”、“师生风采”、“创意无限”四大主题进行创作。

Artwork Themes: Create works centered around the four themes of “Campus Impression”, “Historical Retrospect”, “Teacher and Student Style”, and “Infinite Creativity”.

3. 作品尺寸：4开（40×60厘米）及以上。

Artwork Size: 4K (40×60 cm) or larger.

4.征稿时间：即日起至2025年3月28日12:00。

Call for Submissions: From now until 12:00 PM on March 28th, 2025.

Submission Method

1. 电子稿提交：请将绘画作品的高清电子版通过邮箱（chenyuqi.hf@suis.com.cn）发送给美术组教师。

Electronic submission: Please send the high-definition electronic version of your painting work to the art group teachers e-mail（chenyuqi.hf@suis.com.cn）.

2. 信息表填写：请识别下方二维码下载填写《2025年宝龙美术馆协和跨校区画展征稿信息表》，并通过邮箱（chenyuqi.hf@suis.com.cn）提交给美术组教师。

Fill in the information form: Please scan the QR code below to download and fill in the “Call for Artworks for the 2025 Baolong Art Museum Xiehe Cross-Campus Exhibition Information Form”, and submit it to the art group teachers via email (chenyuqi.hf@suis.com.cn).

奖项设置

Award Settings

一等奖：6名、二等奖：10名；三等奖：20名；

First Prize: 6 winners; Second Prize: 10 winners;  Third Prize: 20 winners;

优秀奖：30名；入围奖：若干名

Excellence Award: 30 winners;  Nomination Award: several winners

获奖作品将于2025年6月7日至6月12日在宝龙美术馆展出，并有机会被收录进画展纪念册。

The award-winning works will be exhibited at the Baolong Museum from June 7th to June 12th, 2025, and have the opportunity to be included in the exhibition commemorative booklet.

*所有参与者的作品一经入选，即视为授权协和教育和合肥市包河区协和双语学校公众号使用。

*Once the works of all participants are selected, they are deemed to be authorized for use by the official Wechat account of Xiehe Education and SUIS Hefei Campus.
