春风送暖，万象更新。2月14日上午，合肥协和双语学校迎来了以 “春华绽放 • 蜕变新程” 为主题的2025年开学典礼。全校师生齐聚一堂，共赴新学期之约，开启一段满溢希望与挑战的崭新征程。今年开学典礼紧扣蛇年主题，围绕“蜕变”与“新生”铺陈开来，寓意师生在新的一年里，以全新姿态勇迎挑战，不断探索、成长。
The spring breeze brings warmth, and everything looks fresh and new. On the morning of February 14th, SUIS Hefei Campus welcomed the 2025 opening ceremony themed “Spring Blossom • Transformation and New Journey”. The entire school gathered together to embark on a new semester, starting a new journey brimming with hope and challenges. This year’s opening ceremony closely follows the theme of the Year of the Snake, unfolding around “transformation” and “rebirth”, symbolizing that teachers and students will bravely face challenges with a new attitude in the new year, constantly exploring and growing.
校门口活力四溢的开学展板，早早伫立，翘首期待着莘莘学子。学部大厅的“蛇年博览会”，吸引众多师生目光。同学们书写蛇年核心词、送上新春祝福，以表对新学期的美好期许。在十二生肖寓意与新年祝愿互动环节，师生们踊跃答题赢取新年“棒棒”糖，现场气氛热烈非凡。
The vibrant opening display board at the school gate stood early, eagerly anticipating the arrival of the students. The “Year of the Snake Expo” in the academic hall attracted the attention of many teachers and students. Students wrote core words for the Year of the Snake and sent New Year greetings, expressing their beautiful expectations for the new semester. In the interactive session of the meaning of the twelve zodiac signs and New Year wishes, teachers and students actively answered questions to win New Year “lollipops”, creating a warm and extraordinary atmosphere.
各学科组还展示了关于“蛇”的探究成果。语文组以汉字“蛇”的字体演变和十二生肖文化展表达着中华文化的博大精深；数学组借几何模型，解析“蛇”的身体结构，尽显理性之美；英语组用英语介绍“蛇”在不同文化中的象征意义，拓宽文化视野。音乐、体育、科学等学科，也通过创意活动，让学生在互动中领略蛇年独特魅力。
Each subject group also presented their research findings on “snakes”. The Chinese group showcased the profoundness of Chinese culture through the evolution of the character for “snake” and an exhibition on the culture of the twelve zodiac signs. The Mathematics group used geometric models to analyze the body structure of “snakes”, fully demonstrating the beauty of rationality. The English group introduced the symbolic meanings of “snakes” in different cultures in English, broadening cultural horizons. Music, sports, science, and other subjects also allowed students to appreciate the unique charm of the Year of the Snake through creative activities and interactions.
操场上，开学典礼在欢腾的舞狮表演中拉开帷幕。舞狮灵动跳跃，恰如“金蛇狂舞闹新春”，象征新学期的蓬勃朝气。升旗仪式上，红旗冉冉升起，正如学子们心中的理想与追求熠熠生辉。
On the playground, the opening ceremony kicked off with a jubilant lion dance performance. The lions danced nimbly, resembling the “frenzied dance of the golden snake in the new spring”, symbolizing the vibrant vitality of the new semester. During the flag-raising ceremony, the red flag rose slowly, just like the ideals and pursuits of the students shining brightly in their hearts.
师生们精心准备的节目精彩纷呈。诗朗诵《破茧·新生》以优美词句绘就春天的绚烂画卷；高中部的《淋雨一直走》，激励着每一位师生在新学期中勇往直前，不断超越自我。
The performances prepared by teachers and students were wonderful. The poem recitation “Breaking Out of the Cocoon, Emerging As A New Life” depicted the splendid spring scenery with beautiful words; the performance “Keep Walking in the Rain” from the high school department inspired every teacher and student to move forward bravely and constantly surpass themselves in the new semester.
喻霞校长的开学致辞充满激情与期待。“拥抱时代，蜕变新生”，她用一首由近期火爆全球的“深度求索”创作的七言律诗勾勒合肥协和全貌开篇，鼓励同学们打破壁垒，拥抱AI时代，实现蜕变。喻校长还呼吁协和宝贝们在迭代更新的科技浪潮中更新学习方式，学会学习、阅读、提问、思考与精准描述，同时传承拥抱传统文化，传承灵蛇的智慧和坚韧，重新出发，共绘合肥协和双语下一个五年精彩蓝图。
Principal Ms. Wendy Yu’s opening speech was filled with passion and anticipation. “Embracing the Era, Transforming Into A New Self,” she began by outlining the overall vision of SUIS-HF with a seven-character poem created by DeepSeek, which has recently gained global popularity. She encouraged the students to break down barriers, embrace the AI era, and undergo transformation. Principal Ms. Wendy Yu also called on the SUIS-HF students to update their learning methods amidst the wave of technological innovation, learning to learn, read, ask questions, think, and accurately describe. At the same time, she urged them to embrace traditional culture, inherit the wisdom and perseverance of the spirit snake, and embark on a new journey to jointly draw a brilliant blueprint for the next five years of SUIS Hefei Campus.
典礼尾声的舞蹈表演《张灯结彩》，红绸飞舞间见证蜕变的勇气，喜庆氛围之中为典礼增添了浓厚的文化底蕴，为新学期的征程拉开了序幕。
The dance performance “Adorned with Lanterns and Banners” at the end of the ceremony, with the fluttering red silk, witnessed the courage of transformation. Amidst the festive atmosphere, it added a strong cultural essence to the ceremony, marking the beginning of the new school year.
