11月21日下午,合肥市包河区协和双语学校一年级迎来了第一次家长开放日活动,校园里洋溢着热情与期盼的氛围,带着对孩子们成长的深切关怀,家长们如约而至。

On the afternoon of 21st November, the P1 of SUIS Hefei Campus ushered in the first parents’ open day activity. The campus was full of enthusiasm and expectation, and with deep concern for the children’s growth, the parents came as promised.

 

语文课上书声琅琅,数学课中思维碰撞,英语课上语言交流,双语课上别样互动……不仅让孩子们在知识的海洋中探索遨游,更因为有家长的参与互动,让课堂变得格外温暖,别样魅力!

The sound of books in the Chinese class, the collision of ideas in the maths class, the language exchange in the English class, and the unique interaction in the bilingual class …… not only let our children explore and swim

 

 

看,孩子们专注的神情、积极的表现,让他们在爸爸妈妈的陪伴下,上了一节“与众不同”的亲子课。家长们也如同找回失去已久的童年,他们与孩子同学习、同思考、同运动、同歌唱。

从“心”出发,认识情绪

Understanding Emotions from the Heart

 

为了一年级更好地学会与他人相处,提升他们的积极心理品质,我校悦心驿站的心理老师丁老师为他们开设了一场“情绪变小,变小”情绪主题心理讲座。

In order for P1 to better learn to get along with others and to enhance their positive mental qualities, Ms. Ding, the psychology teacher of our school’s Wellbeing Counseling Room, gave them a psychological seminar on the theme of “Emotions Become Smaller And Smaller”.

 

通过“情绪爬楼梯”游戏互动、绘本故事与视频的观看,让孩子们用手掌距离表达情绪,认识身体状态变化和情绪的关系,创设情景带着小朋友们感受体会不同的情绪状态,也让他们懂得当愤怒来临时,打人、毁坏物品是不正确的。丁老师带着小朋友们体验了表达、调节愤怒情绪的小方法,让学生们感受到正确表达愤怒情绪的重要性,学会做情绪的小主人。

Through the interactive game “Climbing the Emotional Staircase”, illustrated stories and videos, our children were able to express their emotions with the distance between their palms, to understand the relationship between changes in their physical state and their emotions, and to create scenarios to bring the children to feel and experience different emotional states, and to let them know that it is incorrect to hit people or destroy things when anger comes. Ms. Ding took our children to experience small ways to express and regulate their anger, so that our students could feel the importance of expressing their anger correctly and learn to be the master of their emotions.

 

在两节课后,各学科教师结合半学期以来孩子的学习情况,详细说明了学科教学理念以及相关学习建议。

After both lessons, subject teachers explained in detail their subject teaching philosophy and related learning advice in the context of our children’s learning over the half term.

 

各班班主任结合两个多月来孩子的学习习惯和在校表现,向家长做了认真细致的反馈,同时也结合各班实际情况,为接下来的学习生活提出了相应的建议。真诚的交流,有效的指导,让家长们不仅看到孩子们两个月的变化,还全面了解了协和的教育理念。

Our teachers of each class gave a careful feedback to parents on their children’s learning habits and school performance in the past two months, and also put forward corresponding suggestions for the next learning life in the light of the actual situation of each class. Sincere exchanges and effective guidance allowed parents not only to see the changes of their children in the past two months, but also to have a comprehensive understanding of SUIS-HF’s education philosophy.

最好的教育是春风化雨的浸润,最美的声音是家校同频的回响。家长开放日活动不仅让家长走进学校,走进课堂,走近孩子,更是一次家校情感的对话。

The best education is the infiltration of spring breeze and rain, and the most beautiful voice is the echo of home and school on the same frequency. Parents’ open day activities not only let parents into the school, into the classroom, close to the children, but also a dialogue between home and school emotions.
