校园,是我们学习知识、快乐成长的地方,应该充满友善、接纳与包容。积极营造和谐友善的校园环境,一直是协和学校的追求与愿景,所以在充满阳光与温暖的季节,我们迎来了第五届反霸凌活动。

Campus, where we learn knowledge and grow happily, should be full of friendliness, acceptance and tolerance. It has always been the pursuit and vision of SUIS-HF to actively create a harmonious and friendly campus environment, so in a season full of sunshine and warmth, we ushered in the 5th Anti-Bullying Campaign.

2011年10月,发起于PACER’S National Bullying Prevention Center的Unity-day,是一个全球性的零霸凌活动,不同的国家,不同的种族,不同的社区都在用独特的方式参与反霸凌活动。人们聚集在一起,身着橙色服装或者佩戴橙色饰品,以表达自己对反霸凌的支持。

Unity-day was launched in October 2011 by PACER’ s National Bullying Prevention Center. It is a global zero-bullying campaign where different countries, races, and communities are participating in anti-bullying activities in unique ways. People gather to show their support for anti-bullying by wearing orange clothing or orange jewellery.

11月11-15日,为了表达对校园霸凌的零容忍,培养广大学生团结友爱、互帮互助的友善意识,合肥协和双语学校开展了“零霸凌”系列主题活动

From 11st to 15th November, in order to express zero tolerance for bullying in schools and to cultivate a sense of unity, love and mutual help among students, SUIS-HF carried out a series of activities on the theme of ‘Zero Bullying’.

‘Zero Bullying’ Theme Class Meeting

 

在班主任们的带领下,低年级的孩子们通过绘本《没有耳朵的兔子》感受尊重、接纳他人的重要性,中高年级的孩子们一起认识校园霸凌行为、给不同群体带来的消极后果,探讨积极有效的应对方式,树立反对校园霸凌的意识。

Under the guidance of the class teachers, children of the Lower Class experienced the importance of respect and acceptance of others through the picture book ‘Rabbit without Ears’, while children of the Upper and Middle Classes learnt about bullying behaviour in schools, the negative consequences to different groups, explored positive and effective ways to cope with it, and built up an awareness of the importance of opposing bullying in schools.

“闪亮的朋友”人际团体辅导

‘Shining Friends’ Interpersonal Group Counselling

 

 

自我意识迅速发展是中年级小学生的突出特点,在人际交往的规则中,过分自我关注,过度重视自我内心感受对人际关系发展有极大阻碍作用,容易出现发生矛盾、害怕与人交往、被排挤等情况。悦心驿站丁老师带着同学们通过“友谊黄、绿牌”一起探讨了“我喜欢和什么样人做朋友”及“我不喜欢和什么样的人做朋友”,四年级的同学在书写与分享过程中对于恰当的交往行为有了更好的认识,找到自己作为朋友的优势,做一个“闪亮的朋友”。

The rapid development of self-consciousness is a prominent feature of intermediate primary school students. In the rules of interpersonal communication, excessive self-concern and over-emphasis on one’s own inner feelings are great obstacles to the development of interpersonal relationships, and are prone to conflicts, fear of interaction, and being excluded. Ms. Ding of  Wellbeing Counseling Room took the students to discuss ‘What kind of people I like to be friends with’ and ‘What kind of people I don’t like to be friends with’ through the ‘Friendship Yellow and Green Cards’, which were written and shared by P4 students to gain a better understanding of appropriate behaviour. During the writing and sharing process, P4 students gained a better understanding of appropriate behaviour, found their own strengths as friends, and were able to be ‘shining friends’.

友善之环

Rings of Kindness

 

 

橙色代表了希望和支持,传达了一种强有力的、引人注目的团结精神,向每个人宣示一个信息:霸凌是一种绝对不能被接受的行为,Make it ORANGE and make it end!协和的师生们穿戴橙色元素的服装或者饰品,写下反对校园霸凌友善、积极的话语,连接起来形成治愈力满满的友善之环。

Orange represents hope and support, conveying a powerful and compelling spirit of solidarity, declaring a message to everyone that bullying is an absolutely unacceptable behaviour, make it ORANGE and make it end! SUIS-HF’s students and teachers wore orange-coloured clothing or accessories and wrote friendly, positive words against bullying in schools, connecting to form a healing ring of friendliness.

预防校园欺凌主题讲座

Lectures on the Prevention of Bullying in Schools

 

 

学校悦心驿站的丁老师以讲座的形式和七年级的同学们分享了关于校园霸凌的相关知识,强调每个人都有跟他人相比不同的方面,个人特质不应该成为被欺凌的原因,着重和同学们探讨了“旁观者在校园霸凌事件中的作用”。学生们认真倾听,积极参与,在包容和轻松的氛围中分享自己的做法和感受,每个人都对面对校园霸凌时该如何行动有了更深的理解。

Ms. Ding of our school Wellbeing Counseling Room shared her knowledge about bullying in schools with S7 students in the form of a talk, emphasising that everyone has different aspects compared to others and that personal characteristics should not be the reason for bullying, and discussing with students the ‘Role of Bystanders in Bullying Incidents in Schools’.

 

活动虽然结束,但“零霸凌”的意识深入人心,“接纳、友善、包容”的校园氛围不断影响着每一个协和师生,对霸凌零容忍,让孩子们都沐浴在和谐、友善的阳光下。

Although the activity ended, the awareness of ‘Zero Bullying’ has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts, and the campus atmosphere of ‘acceptance, friendliness and open-mindedness,’ continues to influence every teacher and student of SUIS-HF, with zero tolerance of bullying, so that the children are bathed in the sunshine of harmony and friendliness.
