萌娃下乡记•成长小欢喜

 The Little Children’s Journey to the Countryside – A Little Joy of Growing Up

第一站:勇闯山芋国

Stop 1: Boldly Entering the Yam Country

 

秋风送爽,红薯丰收。小朋友们戴上手套和草帽,挥舞小锄头,田间地头寻找最大红薯。他们互帮互助,满载而归。孩子们兴奋地计划着红薯大餐,与家人共享劳动果实。

The autumn breeze brings a good harvest of sweet potatoes. Children put on gloves and straw hats, wielded small hoes and searched for the biggest sweet potatoes in the field. They help each other and return home with a full load of sweet potatoes. The children are excited to plan a sweet potato feast and share the fruits of their labour with their families.

第二站:风从哪里来?

Stop 2: Where does the wind come from?

 

孩子们拿起手中的风筝制作工具,聚精会神地将叶片和杆子拼成一个完整的风车,再绘上五彩斑斓的色块。他们在制作好的风车上写上名字,迫不及待地走出教室,伴随着手上的风车,挥舞着、跑动着。阳光透过五彩风车的光影,洒在了孩子们灿烂的笑脸上。

Our children took the kite making tools in their hands and concentrated on putting together the blades and poles to form a complete windmill and painting it with colourful blocks of colour. They wrote their names on the finished windmills and couldn’t wait to get out of the classroom, waving and running along with the windmills in their hands. The sunshine through the light and shadow of the colourful windmills sprinkled on the children’s bright smiling faces.

 

第三站:秋收大作战

Stop 3: The Great Autumn Harvest

 

农忙时节,模拟秋收运动会,孩子们户外草坪体验劳动乐趣。独轮车运粮、南瓜翻滚、勇挑重担、玉米抢收,团队协作,挑战自我。田园风光中,孩子们留下成长的足迹,感悟劳动的真谛,享受大自然的馈赠。

During the busy farming season, the simulation of autumn harvest games, children outdoor lawn experience the fun of labour. Unicycle grain transport, pumpkin rolling, the courage to carry heavy burdens, corn harvesting, teamwork, challenge themselves. In the idyllic scenery, our children left their footprints of growth, understood the true meaning of labour and enjoyed the gifts of nature.

三、四年级 

走进“花花世界”,寻觅植物宝藏

Into the World of Flowers and Searching for Botanical Treasures

第一站:花海探险记

Stop 1: Flower Sea Adventure

 

孩子们踏入精灵花园,被鲜花包围,眼睛闪烁着光芒。女神环廊庄严,童乐谷欢声笑语,释放着童年活力。

Children step into the Garden of Faeries, surrounded by flowers, their eyes sparkling. The Goddess Ring Gallery is solemn, and the Valley of Children’s Joy is full of laughter, releasing the vigour of childhood.

第二站:多肉总动员

Stop 2: Succulents in General

 

这一站,我们化身为小小园艺师,亲手制作多肉糖果DIY。学习科普知识,发挥创意,每盆多肉糖果都独一无二,满载成就感。

In this stop, we were transformed into little gardeners and made DIY succulent candies, learning about science, playing with creativity, and making each pot of succulent candies unique and full of a sense of achievement.

第三站:秋日列车号

Stop 3: Autumn Train

 

随着“秋日列车号”小火车缓缓启动,我们穿梭在秋风轻拂的林间小道上,沿途风景如画,孩子们兴奋地指着窗外,分享着彼此的发现,那份纯真与快乐,让人心生温暖。

With the slow start of the ‘Autumn Train’, we shuttled through the autumn breeze on the forest path, the picturesque scenery along the way, our children excitedly pointing out of the window, sharing each other’s discoveries, the innocence and happiness, which makes people’s hearts warm.

 

第四站:星球花园

Stop 4: Planet Garden

 

最后一站,我们抵达了神秘的星球花园。这里的每一处布置都充满了科技与自然的融合之美,孩子们在完成任务卡上的《植物档案》的同时,也深刻感受到了植物之美与园艺艺术的魅力,更是在实践中增长了知识,学会了观察与记录。

At the last stop, we arrived at the mysterious Planet Garden. Every arrangement here is full of the beauty of the fusion of science and technology and nature. While completing the ‘Plant Files’ on the task card, our children also deeply felt the beauty of plants and the charm of the art of horticulture, and even more so, they increased their knowledge and learnt to observe and record in practice.

 

五、六年级 

阅桥韵水乡•读文化三河

Read the Bridge and Rhyme with the Water Town •Reading Cultural Sanhe

 

学生们参观了刘同兴隆庄,感受到徽派建筑的魅力;董寅初纪念馆展现了其实业救国的理想。三河大战风云馆内的文物与影像,让学生们重温了那段英勇的历史。杨振宁旧居则激发了学生们对科学的热爱,种下科技强国的梦想。

Our students visited the Liu Tongxinglong Zhuang and felt the charm of Huizhou-style architecture; the Dong Yinchu Memorial Hall demonstrated his ideals of industrial salvation. The cultural relics and images in the Sanhe Battle Storm Clouds Museum allowed students to relive the heroic history. Yang Zhenning’s former residence inspired students to love science and planted the dream of strengthening the country with science and technology.

 

古镇的桥梁是三河水乡的一大特色,学生们跟随研学指导师的步伐,沿途观赏鹊渚廊桥、三县桥等古桥,了解桥梁建造历史及其在古镇发展中的重要作用。

Bridges in the ancient town are a major feature of the Sanhe water town, students followed the pace of the study guide, along the way to view the Quezhu Corridor Bridge, Sanxian Bridge and other ancient bridges, to understand the history of bridge construction and its important role in the development of the ancient town.

 

 

此外,学生们还领略了三河古镇的民俗文化。他们欣赏了庐剧发源地的精彩表演,体验了舞龙等传统节目,深刻感受到传统文化的魅力。

In addition, our students also enjoyed the folk culture of Sanhe Ancient Town. They appreciated the wonderful performance of the birthplace of Lu Opera, experienced the dragon dance and other traditional programmes, and deeply felt the charm of traditional culture.

 

 

三河美食也是此次活动的一大亮点。学生们化身三河特产推介小主播,通过走访调研、实地选品测评,了解三河特产的种类及特点。小组合作制作海报、录制宣传视频,不仅锻炼了综合素质和实践能力,还更好地宣传了三河美食文化。

Sanhe food was also a highlight of the event. Our students took on the role of small anchors to promote Sanhe speciality products, and learnt about the types and characteristics of Sanhe speciality products through visiting and researching, and selecting and evaluating the products on the spot. The group co-operated in making posters and recording promotional videos, which not only exercised their comprehensive quality and practical ability, but also better promoted the Sanhe food culture.

 

 

此次户外实践活动不仅让学生们在自然中获得了宝贵的体验与知识,更展现了协和双语学校“走出教室”的教育理念,通过户外教学培养孩子们的观察力、思考力与团队合作精神。未来,协和双语学校将继续推动多层次的实践教学,让每一位学生在广阔的天地中获得启发,在更具开放性的学习环境中成长为充满自信、富有独立思考能力的新时代公民。

This outdoor practical activity not only allowed students to gain valuable experience and knowledge in nature, but also demonstrated SUIS-HF’s educational philosophy of ‘going out of the classroom’, cultivating children’s observation, thinking and teamwork spirit through outdoor teaching. In the future, SUIS-HF will continue to promote multi-level practical teaching, so that every student can be inspired by the wide world and grow up to be a new-age citizen full of self-confidence and independent thinking ability in a more open learning environment.
