在教育的浩瀚海洋中，我们以理想信念为舵，道德情操为帆，扎实学识为桨，仁爱之心为魂，乘风破浪，引领学子们驶向知识的彼岸。正值第四十个教师节之际，高中部积极响应教育部号召，根据学校工作安排，举办了一系列庆祝活动，以表达对教育工作者的崇高敬意。In the vast ocean of education, we steer with ideals as our compass, moral values as our sail, solid knowledge as our oar, and benevolence as our soul. With these, we navigate the waves and guide students toward the shores of knowledge. On the occasion of the 40th Teachers’ Day, High School Division of SUIS-HF, responded to the Ministry of Education’s call by organizing a series of celebratory events, expressing deep respect and appreciation for our educators.
我们有幸邀请了安徽省优秀教师、教坛新星及十佳班主任黄峥老师，为全体教职工呈现了一场题为《让教育家思想活在日常管理中》的精彩讲座。黄老师从宏观视角出发，围绕班级管理、教师发展、教育教学三大核心领域，通过深入浅出的讲解、生动的案例分析以及实操演练，使教师们深刻感受到教育家思想在日常管理和教学实践中的巨大价值。讲座现场气氛活跃，教师们积极参与，互动频繁，收获满满。
One of the highlights of these activities was an exceptional lecture delivered by Huang Zheng, a distinguished teacher, rising star in the educational field, and one of the top ten class advisors in Anhui Province. Titled “Bringing the Thoughts of Great Educators to Life in Daily Management,” Ms. Huang’s presentation addressed three core areas: classroom management, teacher development, and instructional practices. Through clear explanations, vivid case studies, and hands-on exercises, she demonstrated the profound value of educational theories in day-to-day management and teaching practices. The atmosphere was lively and interactive, with enthusiastic participation from the teachers, who left the session feeling enriched.
为了进一步弘扬教育家精神，传承优良教育传统，高中部还精心组织了“庆祝第四十个教师节新老教师座谈会”。座谈会上，新老教师欢聚一堂，共同分享从教经验，探讨教育发展。
To further celebrate the spirit of education and uphold its cherished traditions, the High School Division also hosted a “New and Veteran Teachers’ Symposium” in honor of the 40th Teachers’ Day. This event brought together teachers from different generations to share their experiences and discuss the future of education.
座谈伊始，校领导向全体教师致以节日的问候和崇高的敬意。他强调，学校的今天离不开每一位教师的辛勤付出和共同拼搏。他期待老教师能够继续发挥经验优势，为学校发展贡献智慧；同时，也希望新教师能够积极主动学习，加速成长，共同为教育事业添砖加瓦。
The symposium began with Timothy Ge, extending festive greetings and heartfelt appreciation to all the teachers. He emphasized that the success of school is deeply rooted in the hard work and dedication of every teacher. He encouraged veteran teachers to continue sharing their wisdom for the school’s growth, while urging new teachers to actively learn, grow, and contribute to future success.
随后，骨干教师们纷纷上台，分享了自己在教育道路上的点点滴滴，诠释了教育的真谛与魅力。他们鼓励新教师要勇于探索、敢于创新，用爱心和智慧去点亮学生的未来。年轻教师们也深受鼓舞，他们分享了自己的从教初心、教学经历以及对未来工作的美好憧憬，句句真挚，情感饱满。
Veteran teachers then took the stage to share their educational journeys, offering insights into the essence and beauty of teaching. They encouraged new teachers to explore boldly, innovate courageously, and light the path for students with love and wisdom. Inspired by their seniors, young teachers also shared their passion for teaching, reflecting on their experiences and expressing hope and excitement for the future, with sincerity and emotion evident in every word.
初心不忘，薪火相传。新老教师之间的交流互动不仅凝聚着教育的智慧结晶，更彰显着师道的传承力量。在未来的日子里，我们将继续坚定热爱与执着的信念，汇聚传承与创新的力量，在协和这片教育热土上深耕细作，培育出一代又一代有理想、有担当的栋梁之材！
Holding fast to our original aspirations, the exchange between new and veteran teachers not only represents the collective wisdom of education but also highlights the passing of the torch from one generation to the next. As we look to the future, we will continue to nurture our passion and perseverance, drawing on the power of tradition and innovation to cultivate generation after generation of students who are idealistic and responsible, ready to become the pillars of society on the fertile grounds of SUIS education.
