校车进行了整体安全性能检查和内外卫生清洁、消毒，根据学生乘坐需求，统筹规划布局、调整优化线路，完成空载试运行。组织开展校车安全服务管理培训，做足运行保障，增强校车驾驶员、随车照管员的安全意识、法治意识和文明出行意识，为孩子们筑牢平安出行防线。

将关口前移、重心下移，总务处对设施设备、校舍安全、三防建设等完成全面细致排查，营造安全和谐的校园环境；与属地职能部门建立安全工作网络和整治协调机制，加强沟通与交流，齐抓共管，集中整治突出问题，维护校园及周边环境安全。
