夏日悠长，时光清浅。在这充满希望的季节里，小学部的全体教师汇聚一堂，以“跨学科教学策略工作坊”为主题，展开了一场别开生面的教师基本功培训活动。这犹如一场夏日里的清新盛宴，在缱绻的时光中缓缓铺陈，葳蕤生香，育人之道，于此深耕不辍。

The summer is long and the time is short. In this season of hope, all the teachers of the primary school section gathered together and started a unique training activity on basic teacher skills with the theme of ‘Interdisciplinary Teaching Strategies Workshop’. It was like a fresh feast in summer, slowly spreading out in the time with a lingering love and fragrance, and the way of educating people was cultivated here.

 

英语组的郑老师和陈老师，将我们带入了一个充满趣味与挑战的英语阅读世界。她们以学生为中心，巧妙运用课堂活动教学原则，以绘本为媒介，设计出捕捉游戏、搭建游戏等特色课堂游戏，助力建设高效创新课堂。

Ms. Zheng and Ms. Chen from the English group brought us into an English reading world full of fun and challenges. They were student-centred, cleverly applied the principles of teaching classroom activities, and designed special classroom games such as catching game and building game using picture books as the medium to help build an efficient and innovative classroom.

 

 

数学组的石老师，则以“动态教学”为主题，为我们揭示了自动化时代背后的教学新篇章。他深入浅出地介绍了自动化编程为数学作业单设计带来全新变革。更是让我们感受到了特色作业单给学生带来的获得感、归属感。

Mr. Shi from the Maths group revealed the new chapter of teaching behind the automation era with the theme of ‘Dynamic Teaching’. He introduced in depth the new changes brought by automated programming to the design of Maths worksheets. He also made us feel the sense of acquisition and belonging that the special worksheets brought to the students.

 

 

高老师则以其独特的视角，分享了“返璞归真——希沃白板辅助构建高效课堂”的教学策略。细致的挖掘出希沃白板在数学课堂教学中的个性化操作、高效的教学反馈等创新功能，为我们的教学注入了新的活力。

Ms. Gao shared the teaching strategy of ‘Returning to the basics: building an efficient classroom with the help of the XIVO Whiteboard’ from her unique perspective. She explored in detail the personalised operation, efficient feedback and other innovative functions of XIVO Whiteboard in mathematics classroom teaching, which injected new vitality into our teaching.

 

 

语文组的孙老师，以“语文课堂中小组合作学习的开展”为主题，邀请全体老师参与了一场新颖的“限时创意自制塔”小组活动。在活动中，我们深刻体会到了小组合作学习的魅力所在，也深化了对小组合作学习要素的理解和思考，为课堂教学实施提技赋能。

Ms. Sun from the Chinese group invited all teachers to participate in a novel group activity called ‘Creative Time-limited Homemade tower’ with the theme of ‘Development of Cooperative Group Learning in Language Classroom’. During the activity, we deeply experienced the charm of cooperative group learning, and deepened our understanding and thinking about the elements of cooperative group learning, so as to enhance the skills and empower the implementation of classroom teaching.

 

音乐组的孟老师和张老师，更是将我们带入了一个充满音乐与律动的世界。她们以“乐动分享营：音乐游戏创意教学”为主题，通过多样的音律活动，让我们感受到了跃动的音符和欢快的肢体运动间的完美邂逅，无疑为我们带来了一场精彩绝伦的视听盛宴。

Ms. Meng and Mr. Zhang from the music group brought us into a world full of music and rhythm. With the theme of ‘Music Sharing Camp: Creative Teaching of Music Games’, they let us feel the perfect encounter between the leaping notes and the joyful body movement through a variety of rhythmic activities, which undoubtedly brought us a wonderful audio-visual feast.

 

 

体育组的黄老师和冯老师，则以“健能共享坊：身体机能高效训练”为主题，将系统的身体健康知识与丰富多样的体能操相结合。在寓教于乐的同时，践行知行合一的教育理念，全方位地促进了学生的身心健康发展。

Mr. Huang and Mr. Feng from the PE group combined systematic knowledge of physical health with a variety of physical exercises under the theme of ‘Sharing Workshop on Health and Fitness: Efficient Training of Physical Functions’. While having fun, they put into practice the educational concept of unity of knowledge and action, and promoted the physical and mental health of students in an all-round way.

本次培训活动从教学原则、课堂活动，到评估方法、沟通技巧，无不体现教学的智慧。知之愈明，则行之愈笃；行之愈笃，则知之益明。让我们携手共进，共创辉煌，为我们的教育事业倾注心血，共同书写教育的华章。
