我们即将迎来一群可爱的一年级小朋友，

他们即将踏入小学的大门，

开启全新的学习之旅。

为了进一步加强家校沟通，

深入了解每一个学生、每一个家庭，

促进学生健康成长，

8月16日，

一年级的老师们进行了家访筹备沙龙活动，

之后他们怀揣着满满的关爱与责任，

走进了学生们的家庭。

In this season full of hope and expectation,

we are about to welcome a group of lovely

first grade children,

who are about to enter the door of primary school and start a brand new learning journey.

In order to further strengthen the communication between home and school,

to deeply understand each student and each family,

and to promote the healthy growth of students,

the first grade teachers of SUIS-HF conducted a home visit preparatory salon activity on 16th August, after which they went into the students’ families with full of care and responsibility.

活动由孟老师主持，“遇见”活动通过趣味游戏与音乐的桥梁，迅速拉近了教师们的距离，促进了彼此间了解。骆老师对协和文化、教学理念和课程设置的深入阐述，让每位教师都对学校的教育愿景有了更加清晰的认识。杨老师作为新二年级班主任代表，她精心准备的家访温馨小提示，为新一年级教师们提供了宝贵的实践指南。最后，陈老师不仅强调了家访工作对于家校合作、学生成长的重要性，还细心地提醒大家在高温天气下注意防暑降温等安全事项，展现了德育负责人对师生健康的深切关怀。

Hosted by Ms. Meng, the ‘Meet’ activity quickly brought teachers closer and facilitated their understanding of each other through the bridge of fun games and music. Mr. Luo’s in-depth explanation of SUIS-HF’s culture, teaching philosophy and curriculum gave each teacher a clearer understanding of the school’s educational vision. As the representative of the new P2 class teacher, Ms. Yang’s well-prepared warm tips for home visits provided a valuable practical guide for the new P1 teachers. Finally, Mr. Chen not only emphasised the importance of home visits for home-school cooperation and student growth, but also carefully reminded everyone to pay attention to safety matters such as preventing heatstroke and cooling in hot weather, demonstrating the deep concern of the head of moral education for the health of teachers and students.

随着活动的结束，与会教师们纷纷表示收获满满，不仅增进了彼此之间的了解，更为即将开展的家访工作做好了充分的准备。

As the activity came to an end, the participating teachers expressed that they had gained a lot, which not only enhanced their understanding of each other, but also prepared them well for the upcoming home visits.

家访，是教育的一场温情行走。老师们走进每一个家庭，与家长和孩子进行面对面交流。在温馨的氛围中，了解孩子的生活环境、学习习惯和家庭氛围，感受着每个孩子的成长故事。倾听家长的教育期望，分享学校的教育理念，为孩子们的入学做好充分准备。

A home visit is a warm walk in education. Teachers go into each family and have face-to-face communication with parents and children. In a warm atmosphere, they learn about the children’s living environment, learning habits and family atmosphere, and feel the growth story of each child. We listened to parents’ educational expectations and shared the school’s educational philosophy to fully prepare the children for school.

在家访中，老师们与家长和孩子围坐在一起，深入了解孩子的兴趣爱好、性格特点，以便老师在今后的教学中能够因材施教，让每一个孩子都能在学校里快乐学习、茁壮成长。此外，老师也关注到孩子的生活习惯和自理能力，为他们适应小学生活提供专业的建议和指导。

During home visits, teachers sat around with parents and children to gain an in-depth understanding of their children’s interests and character traits so that teachers can tailor their teaching to the needs of the children in the future, and so that every child can learn happily and grow up strong in school. In addition, the teachers also paid attention to the children’s living habits and self-care ability, providing professional advice and guidance for them to adapt to primary school life.

 

 

教育是一场漫长的修行，家访则是这条修行路上的美丽风景。让我们携手共进，用爱与责任，为孩子们的成长保驾护航，为一年级的新生们点亮前行的路，陪伴他们快乐地开启学习之旅。
