为了做好小初衔接工作，让孩子们顺利开启新的旅程；让家长们更全面地了解学校；让老师们更快地熟悉孩子；协和双语学校新七年级组的老师们在炎炎夏日，揣着满满爱心，陆续走进每一个新生家庭。

家访之前，老师们通过问卷了解学生的基本情况，根据班级情况制定家访计划，预约家访时间，为师生之间的第一次相遇做好了充足的准备。
Before the home visit, our teachers learnt about the basic situation of the students through questionnaires, made a home visit plan according to the class situation, made an appointment for the home visit, and made sufficient preparations for the first encounter between teachers and students.
家访过程中，老师们详细了解学生的成长环境、生活习惯、兴趣爱好、孩子的性格特点、父母的教育理念等。并与家长沟通、交代了入学相关注意事项和入学准备事宜等。在与家长交流中，与家长达成共识。同时，我们也向家长介绍了协和双语学校的教育理念、教学特色以及解答了家长关于初中学习生活的一些疑问。
During the home visit, teachers learnt more about the students’ growing environment, living habits, interests, children’s character traits, parents’ education philosophy, etc. They also communicated with the parents about school-related matters and preparations for school. They also communicated with parents and explained the relevant notes and preparations for admission. In the communication with parents, we reached a consensus with parents. At the same time, we also introduced to parents the educational philosophy and teaching characteristics of SUIS-HF and answered their questions about secondary school life.
