为深入贯彻《全面加强和改进新时代学生心理健康工作专项行动计划(2023—2025年)》,合肥市包河区协和双语学校高中部于4月11日成功举办了一场心理健康教育培训会。此次培训旨在深化学校心理健康教育工作,提升教师对学生心理问题的认知和处理能力,确保学生心理问题得到及时预防、准确识别与有效干预。

In order to thoroughly implement the “Special Action Plan for Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving  Students’Mental Health Work in the New Era (2023-2025)”, the high school department of SUIS,Hefei Campus successfully held a psychological health education training session on April 11. The aim of this training was to deepen the school’s psychological health education work, enhance teachers’ awareness and ability to deal with students’ psychological issues, and ensure timely prevention, accurate identification, and effective intervention for student psychological problems.
培训会上,学校心理教师Irene担任主讲嘉宾。Irene老师首先为我们深入剖析了高中生心理发展的基本特点,帮助大家更好地把握学生的心理动态,为他们的成长保驾护航。

During the training session, Irene,a school psychologist,served as the keynote speaker. Irene first analyzed in depth the basic characteristics of high school students’ psychological development, helping everyone better understand students’ psychological dynamics and providing guidance for their growth.
接着,Irene老师结合多年实践经验,详细分析了不同年级学生所面临的压力与困境,并指出了由此产生的心理问题及其发生规律。她强调,老师们在日常教育教学过程中要密切关注学生的心理变化,及时发现并解决问题。

Subsequently, Irene combined her years of practical experience to analyze in detail the pressures and challenges faced by students of different grades, as well as the psychological issues and their occurrence patterns resulting from them. She emphasized that teachers should closely monitor students’ psychological changes in their daily educational process and promptly identify and resolve problems.
此外,Irene老师还针对日常教育工作中需要重点关注的学生类型进行了详细解读,提醒老师们要特别关注那些可能存在心理问题的学生,为他们提供必要的支持和帮助。

Furthermore, Irene provided a detailed interpretation of the types of students that need special attention in daily educational work, reminding teachers to pay special attention to those who may have psychological problems and to provide necessary support and assistance to them.
最后,Irene老师通过案例学习的方式,分享了心理咨询中的倾听、同理心和无条件积极关注等应对技术。她鼓励老师们在日常教学中积极运用这些技术,发现学生的异常行为或心理危机时,能够给予及时、准确的关注和帮助。

Finally, Irene shared coping techniques such as listening, empathy, and unconditional positive regard in psychological counseling through case studies. She encouraged teachers to actively apply these techniques in their daily teaching so that they can give timely and accurate attention and assistance when they encounter abnormal behavior or psychological crises in students.
此次培训会的成功举办,不仅提高了教师们对心理健康教育的认识,也为他们提供了实用的应对技巧和方法。相信在全体教师的共同努力下,我们的学生一定能够健康成长,迎接美好的未来!

The successful holding of this training session not only enhanced teachers’ understanding of psychological health education but also provided them with practical coping skills and methods.
