在草长莺飞的日子里，七年级的学生们迎来了别开生面的手工课 —— 用粘土制作三星堆面具，开启了一场跨越千年的艺术探索之旅。
On a day when the grass is long and the warblers are flying, S7 students had a unique handcraft lesson – making Sanxingdui masks with clay, starting a journey of artistic exploration across the millennium.
课程伊始，张老师向学生们介绍了三星堆文化的背景和历史意义，了解其闻名于世的独特魅力，让他们对这一古老而神秘的文化有了更深入的了解。
At the beginning of the course, Ms. Zhang introduced the background and historical significance of Sanxingdui culture to the students to understand the unique charm for which it is famous, so that they could have a deeper understanding of this ancient and mysterious culture.
在老师的指导下，学生们热情洋溢地投入到粘土制作三星堆面具的过程中。他们仔细地捏揉着粘土，参照三星堆遗址出土的青铜面具原型，从轮廓勾勒、细节刻画到色彩搭配，用心地塑造出面具的形状和特征。
Under the guidance of the teacher, our students were enthusiastically engaged in the process of making Sanxingdui masks with clay. They carefully kneaded and kneaded the clay, referring to the prototype bronze masks excavated from Sanxingdui Ruins, and shaped the shapes and features of the masks with great care, from outline sketching, detail drawing to colour matching. Some students focused on the unique shape of the eyes of the mask, trying to show the mysterious and deep eyes; some students carefully carved out the decorations on the mask, trying to reproduce the exquisite skills of the ancient Shu craftsmen.
创作过程中，同学们充分发挥想象力与创造力，赋予面具独特的个性表达。有的同学专注于面具眼部的独特造型，力求展现出神秘深邃的眼神；有的同学则精心雕琢出面具上的纹饰，力求重现古蜀工匠的精湛技艺。
During the creation process, students gave full play to their imagination and creativity, giving the masks a unique expression of personality. Some students focused on the unique shape of the eyes of the mask, trying to show the mysterious and deep eyes; some students carefully carved out the decorations on the mask, trying to reproduce the exquisite skills of the ancient Shu craftsmen.
整个制作过程中，学生们不仅锻炼了动手能力，还培养了团队合作精神和耐心。最后，当一个个精美的三星堆面具呈现在大家面前时，学生们的脸上洋溢着自豪和满足的笑容。
Throughout the production process, our students not only exercised their hands-on skills, but also cultivated teamwork and patience. At last, when a beautiful Sanxingdui mask was presented in front of everyone, our students’ faces were full of pride and satisfied smiles.
本次课程不仅让学生们体验到了手工制作的乐趣，更重要的是，让他们对中华传统文化有了更深刻的认识和感受。希望这样的课程能让学生们在实践中感受文化的魅力，增强对中华优秀传统文化的认同感与自豪感。
This course not only let the students experience the fun of handcraft, but more importantly, let them have a deeper understanding and feeling of traditional Chinese culture. We hope that such a course will enable students to feel the charm of culture in practice and pass on the excellent traditions of the Chinese nation, enhance the sense of identity and pride in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
