龙马精神启新篇，热辣滚烫逐梦想。2月26日上午，合肥市包河区协和双语学校全体师生欢聚校园，举行了以“逾”跃龙门，“龙”重登场为主题的春季开学典礼。
The spirit of the dragon and the horse starts a new chapter, and the hot and spicy rolls forward the dream. On the morning of 26th February, all the teachers and students of SUIS Hefei gathered on the campus and held the spring opening ceremony with the theme of “over” leaping the dragon gate and “dragon” reappearing on the stage.
清晨的协和校园迎来了龙腾虎跃的少年们，一张张青春洋溢的脸上沐浴着灿烂的朝阳，迈着梦想的步伐来到了校园。红毯两侧，校领导团队带领着教职员工团队欢迎孩子们的到来。
The early morning SUIS Hefei welcomed the youngsters with dragons and tigers, a youthful face bathed in the brilliant sunrise, taking a dreamy step to the campus. On both sides of the red carpet, a team of school leaders led a team of school staff to welcome our children.
协和学子走进校园，迎面而来的是新年跨栏礼，大家走上红地毯，一步步稳稳地跨过道道寓意吉祥的跨栏，祝愿大家在新的一年龙腾虎跃，龙马精神。
SUIS Hefei students walked into the campus and were greeted by the New Year Hurdle Ceremony, where they walked on the red carpet and steadily crossed the hurdles signifying good fortune step by step, wishing everyone a prosperous new year with dragon and tiger leaps and dragon and horse spirits.
学部大厅形式多样的春节传统游戏——投壶、套锦鲤，更是增添了开学的“热辣滚烫”，部分同学有幸得到了“财神爷”分发的红包。
A variety of traditional Chinese New Year games in the school hall – pot throwing and koi carp sets – added to the “hot and spicy” start of the school year, and some students were lucky enough to receive red envelopes distributed by the “God of Fortune”.
SUIS HF 2024 Spring Opening Ceremony
开学典礼在庄严有序的升旗仪式中拉开序幕。雄壮的国歌声中，五星红旗冉冉升起，全体师生齐唱国歌，抒发着对祖国母亲的挚爱和对新学期的无限憧憬。
The opening ceremony began with a solemn and orderly flag-raising ceremony. The majestic national anthem, the five-star red flag rose, all teachers and students sang the national anthem, expressing their love for the motherland and the infinite longing for the new semester.
一方书桌，三尺讲台，教书育人，四季耕耘。他们可春花秋月，等闲看遍；亦可气吞山河，上马定乾坤。由能文能武的协和教师们组成舞龙队，在音乐中闪亮登场，欢乐气氛瞬间点燃了全场，他们精彩绝伦的舞龙表演带领我们共赴美好未来。
A desk, three-foot podium, teaching and educating people, four seasons of cultivation. They can see the spring flowers, autumn and moon at leisure; they can also swallow the mountains and rivers, and set the world on the horse. The Dragon Dance Team, composed of teachers from SUIS Hefei who are capable of writing and fighting, made a brilliant debut in the music, and the joyful atmosphere instantly lit up the whole venue, and their wonderful dragon dance performance led us to a better future.
春节已至，万象更新；游子归乡，万家团圆。春节，是中华民族一道永恒的风景；春节，是镌刻在华夏儿女心中的史诗。S7A苏浙皖、S8A房雨嘉的倾情朗诵《话说中国节》如春雨滋润着协和学子的心田。
The Spring Festival has arrived, and everything is renewed; the travellers return home, and all families are reunited. Spring Festival is an eternal landscape of the Chinese nation; Spring Festival is an epic engraved in the hearts of Chinese children.S7A Messi Su, S8A Emily Fang’s recitation of “Talking about Chinese Festival” is like a spring rain moistening the hearts of SUIS Hefei students.
龙翔四海，乘风而上，拼搏的协和学子百舸争流，力争上游；龙马精神，无所畏惧，奋进的协和学子博闻强识，只争朝夕。P6B陈俊璋、P4A颜欣然、P4B马艺诺和P5A张轩泽同学的诗朗诵《龙言龙语》让我们再一次为身为炎黄子孙感到骄傲自豪。
The dragon soars to the four seas and rides the wind, the struggling students of SUIS Hefei compete with each other and strive for the top; the spirit of the dragon and the horse is fearless, the progressive students of SUIS Hefei have a broad knowledge of the world and only strive for the future. P6B Toby Chen, P4A Camilla Yan, P4B Mia Ma and P5A Jack Zhang’s recitation of “Dragon’s Words” once again made us feel proud to be the descendants of the Yellow Emperor.
我见君来，溪山美哉。为了帮助同学们更好地调整好状态适应开学节奏，丁老师《用“心”迎接新学期》的心理讲座为协和学子分享了小妙招：接纳情绪、分享快乐、循序渐进、带着希望感出发。
When I see you coming, the mountains and the streams are beautiful. In order to help students better adjust to the rhythm of the school year, Ms. Ding’s psychological seminar “Welcoming the New Semester with “Heart”” shared tips for SUIS Hefei students: Accepting Emotions, Sharing Happiness, Progressing Step by Step, and Departing with a Sense of Hope.
