本学期以来的品德教育，把“有序”、“爱国”、“文明”、“诚信”和“友善”五个主题作为重点内容，在二年级中开展了每月一场的美德集会。在2024年1月份，二年级的美德集会迎来了本学期的收官之作。
This term, we have been focusing on the five themes of “Orderliness”, “Patriotism”, “Civility”, “Honesty” and “Friendliness” in our moral education, and we have been conducting monthly virtues assemblies in P2. In January 2024, P2’s Virtues Assemblies marked the end of the term.
1月美德主题是“友善”。这周一，P2D班主办了本次关于友善的美德集会。班级同学们经过了精心的准备和紧张的排练，在学期末走上舞台，开展了一场精彩纷呈的演出。
The Virtues theme for January is ‘Kindness’. On Monday, P2D hosted a Virtues Assembly on Kindness. After careful preparation and intensive rehearsals, the class took to the stage at the end of term and put on a fantastic performance.
优渥的土壤才能培育出鲜艳的美德之花，学校是我们共同的家。全体同学共同演绎了《协和校园之歌》，舒缓动人的旋律和温暖有力的歌词，拉开了本场美德集会的序幕。
Only in a favourable soil can we cultivate bright flowers of virtue, and the school is our common home. All the students performed the “Xiehe Campus Song”, a soothing and moving melody with warm and powerful lyrics, which opened this Virtues Assembly.
古人有云：“爱人者，人恒爱之；敬人者，人恒敬之”。只有将心比心，朋友之间才能相处融洽。随着年龄的增长，有些同学在友情中遇到了新的困惑。我们该如何处理呢？为了启发同学们，P2D全体学生为大家带来绘本朗诵《山上的秘密基地》。
As the old saying goes: “If you love people, people will always love you; if you respect people, people will always respect you”. Only by comparing hearts to minds can friends get along well with each other. As we grow older, some students encounter new confusions in friendship. How should we deal with it? To inspire the students, all the students in P2D present a picture book reading “Secret Base on the Hill”.
歌曲表演《你是我的好朋友》，在欢乐轻快的歌声和轻快跳跃的舞步中，台下的同学们沉浸在艺术的氛围中，感受到了友善的美好。希望每一位同学，都能严格要求自己，让自己成为一名友善的人。期待友善的花，开满协和校园。
Song performance “You are my good friend”, in the joyful and lighthearted song and light jumping dance steps, the students on the stage were immersed in the atmosphere of art and felt the beauty of friendliness. We hope that every student, can strictly demand themselves to be a friendly person. We look forward to the flowers of friendliness blooming all over the campus of SUIS Hefei.
节目表演结束后，校长喻霞和年级组长胡老师为获得“友善美德之星”的同学，颁发了奖状。同时，喻校长赞扬了良好美德在校园中广泛传播的现象，也对同学们的平安寒假提出了期望！
After the programme, Principal Ms. Wendy Yu and Head of P2 Mr. Hu presented certificates to the students who won the “Star of Friendly Virtues”. At the same time, Principal Ms. Wendy Yu praised the wide spread of good virtues in the campus, and also put forward expectations for students’ safe winter holidays!
