12月22日，包河区协和双语学校狮楼一层大厅，现场人头攒动，好不热闹。八年级的学生筹备了一个多月的“益起来创业市集”活动顺利开展。
On 22th December, the ground floor hall of Lion Building of SUIS Hefei was crowded with people. The S8 students had been preparing for more than a month for the “Love Entrepreneurship Bazaar” activity to be successfully carried out.
在前期筹备阶段，学生们发挥各自的能力优势，构思创业项目，同一品类竞争重组，形成最终的创业公司。各公司以“控制成本，高效创收，合理定价”为原则，好吃的、好喝的、好玩的、好看的应有尽有。
In the pre-preparation stage, students gave full play to their respective strengths, conceived their own business projects, and reorganised themselves in the same category of competition to form the final start-up companies. Each company is based on the principle of “controlling costs, generating revenue efficiently, and pricing reasonably”, and has a wide range of delicious food, good drinks, fun, and good looks.
“Five Star Service Company” specialises in hand care, manicure and shoe care.
“Carpe Diem艺术公司”主营手工粘土和手绘热缩片装饰、挂件、首饰，以及现场手绘肖像。
“Carpe Diem Art Company” specialises in handmade clay and hand-painted heat-shrink decorations, wall hangings, jewellery, and on-site hand-painted portraits.
“文余嗨玩公司”主营套圈、投掷乒乓球、幸运刮刮乐。
“Wen Yu High Spirits Company” specialises in lasso, ping-pong, and lucky scratch.
“蟹老板餐饮公司”主营咖啡、烤翅、章鱼小丸子、棉花糖、手工蛋糕。
“Mr. Krabs Catering Company” specialises in coffee, barbecue wings, takoyaki, marshmallows and handmade cakes.
每个公司都精心布置摊位，琳琅满目的商品和热情、贴心的服务让每个摊位前都围满了协和的爱心顾客们。
Each company carefully set up their stalls with a wide range of products and warm, caring service, so that each stall was surrounded by SUIS Hefei’s caring customers.
现场还有一个特殊的摊位，来自特邀嘉宾杨老师和冯老师“什么都有百货公司”，两位老师准备了新年好物以及纯手工制作的饼干、糖果，杨老师现场制作煎饼果子更是火爆全场，排起长队，需要取号才能有品尝的机会。
There was also a special booth from special guests Ms. Yang and Ms. Feng, “Everything Department Store”, the two teachers prepared New Year and Christmas decorations, as well as handmade biscuits and candies, and Ms. Yang’s on-site production of pancake fruits was even more fiery, with a long queue of people needing to pick up a number in order to have the chance to taste them.
涓涓细流汇成大海，颗颗爱心传递善意。关爱他人、奉献社会不是远离现实的高天阔论，而是平凡生活中的实际行动。本次创业市集活动各公司共盈利6200元，这笔善款将捐助给合肥市“口罩天使中途宿舍”，给异地就医儿童家庭带来些许冬日的温暖。
A trickle of water becomes an ocean, and a piece of love passes on goodwill. Caring for others and contributing to the society is not a lofty theory far away from reality, but a practical action in ordinary life. The companies made a total profit of RMB 6,200 in this entrepreneurial bazaar, which will be donated to the “Mask Angel Halfway House” in Hefei to bring some winter warmth to the families of children who have to travel to other places for medical treatment.
本次活动将公益、道德与法治学科与生涯探究联系在一起，培养学乐于助人、乐于奉献的良好品质，提高了学生的组织能力、发展团队合作和与人沟通的能力。学生们在挑选物品、标价、摊位摆放、买卖的过程中积累生活经验，知道物品的不同价值，从而培养珍惜资源的意识，初步建立财商的概念提升理财能力。同时，学生们在自主创业中进行生涯探索和生涯体验，在活动中发现自己的兴趣与需要，更好的向着未来迈近。
This activity links the subjects of public welfare, ethics and rule of law with career exploration, cultivates the good qualities of willingness to help and dedication, improves students’ organisational skills, develops teamwork and communication skills with others. Students accumulate life experience in the process of selecting items, marking prices, setting up stalls, buying and selling, knowing the different values of items, thus cultivating the awareness of treasuring resources and initially establishing the concept of financial literacy to enhance their financial management skills. At the same time, students have career exploration and career experience in self-employment, discovering their own interests and needs in the activities, and better approaching to the future.
