2023年11月28日下午，合肥市民办教育协会基础教育专委会11月例会在合肥市包河区协和双语学校召开，市教育局总经济师谢华国、协会常务副会长郭祖彬、专委会主任、秘书长、副主任参加此次会议。会议由副会长兼基础教育专委会主任喻霞主持。
On the afternoon of 28th November 2023, the November regular meeting of the Basic Education Special Committee of Hefei Private Education Association was held in SUIS Hefei Campus. Mr. Xie Huaguo, Chief Economist of the Municipal Education Bureau, Mr. Guo Zubin, Executive Vice President of the Association, Director of the Specialised Committee, Secretary General and Deputy Director attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Yu Xia, Vice President and Director of the Specialised Committee on Basic Education.
合肥市包河区协和双语学校校长、市民办教育协会副会长兼基础教育专委会主任喻霞向与会人员汇报基础教育专委会2023年度工作概况及近期工作部署。
Ms. Yu Xia, Principal of SUIS Hefei Campus, Vice President of the Municipal Private Education Association and Director of the Basic Education Specialised Committee, reported to the participants on the overview of the work of the Specialised Committee on Basic Education for the year 2023 and the deployment of the work in the near future.
会议对专委会组织的“党的二十大学习征文评比活动”和初中语文大单元作业设计活动充分讨论、集体评议，初步确定评比规则及意向，并就以后的各项教师业务交流评比热烈磋商，一致认为广泛吸收会员单位参与、增加评比项目、提升奖项认可度、吸引更多教师积极参加是举办活动的核心要素。
The meeting fully discussed and collectively commented on the “20th Party Congress Study Essay Competition” organised by the Basic Education Specialised Committee and the Secondary School Language Unit Assignment Design Activity. Preliminary determination of the rules and intention of the competition, and for the future of the teachers’ business exchanges and competitions warm consultation, it was agreed that the core elements for organising the event were to widely involve member institutions, to increase the number of assessment items, to enhance the recognition of the awards, and to attract more teachers to actively participate in the event.
市教育局总经济师谢华国对协会举办此类活动给予高度肯定，鼓励积极举办有助于提升教师专业发展、促进学校发展的各类专业评比活动，建议奖励和表彰有突出贡献的集体和个人，并将评比表彰与年检、考核评优、民办资金奖补等结合。
Mr. Xie Huaguo, Chief Economist of the Municipal Education Bureau, highly affirmed the Association’s organisation of such activities, and encouraged the active organisation of various types of professional competitions that help to enhance the professional development of teachers and promote the development of schools, and recommended that collectives and individuals making outstanding contributions be rewarded and commended, and that the competitions and commendations be combined with the annual inspections, appraisals of excellence, and subsidies to the private sector for financial awards.
与会人员还集体商议了2024年基础教育专委会工作方向和思路，最终确定加强会员单位之间的党建联动和教学互动为基础、提升各会员单位主动开放性为抓手、邀请非会员单位参加协会各项活动为创新的工作开展方案。
The participants collectively discussed the direction and ideas of the work of the Special Committee on Basic Education in 2024, and finally decided to strengthen the party building linkage and teaching interaction among member units as the basis, enhance the initiative of openness of member units as the starting point, and invite non-members to take part in the activities of the Association as an innovative programme for the implementation of the work.
最后，市教育局总经济师谢华国传达省委常委、市委书记虞爱华重要讲话精神，要求与会单位发挥自身特色办学优势，做好民办教育的示范，加强学校宣传，紧扣党的二十大精神，立足自身，持续高质发展。
In conclusion, chief economist of the Municipal Education Bureau, Mr. Xie Huaguo conveyed the spirit of the important speech of Member of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Party Secretary Mr. Yu Aihua, asked the participating units to play their own characteristics of the school’s advantages, do a good job in the demonstration of private education, to strengthen the school publicity, closely linked to the spirit of the party’s twentieth anniversary, based on their own, sustained and high-quality development.
