预防为主 生命至上 —— 合肥协和双语学校开展消防宣传月系列活动 Fire Safety Awareness Month
为普及消防安全知识，提高广大师生安全防范和自求能力，营造稳定、和谐校园安全环境，我校组织师生开展“11·9”消防安全宣传月系列活动。
In order to popularise the knowledge of fire safety, improve the ability of teachers and students to prevent and seek their own safety, and create a stable and harmonious campus security environment, our school organised a series of activities for teachers and students to carry out the “11-9” Fire Safety Awareness Month.
融汇消防力量 共建平安校园Combining the Power of Fire Safety to Build A Safe Campus为规范校园消防工作行为，消除校园消防安全隐患，保障师生安全，学校联合包河区消防大队开展聘任消防安全副校长暨成立“包小蓝”志愿服务队活动。
In order to regulate the campus fire work behaviour, eliminate campus fire safety hazards, safeguard the safety of teachers and students, the school jointly with the Baohu District Fire Brigade to carry out the appointment of fire safety vice principal and the establishment of the “Bao Xiao Lan” volunteer service team activities.
11月8日，学校特聘请包河区消防大队张岩同志担任学校消防安全副校长，副校长张杰为其颁发聘任证书，宣布我校“包小蓝”志愿服务队成立，并宣读了校园消防宣传形象大使和志愿服务队员名单，鼓励队员们积极发扬志愿服务精神，关注消防安全问题，提高消防安全意识，传播消防安全知识；积极参加消防实践活动，展现协和学生的风采。
On 8th November, our school hired Mr. Zhang Yan of Baohu District Fire Brigade to be the vice principal of the school’s fire safety, and Ms. Nina Zhang, vice principal of the school, issued a certificate of appointment, announced the establishment of the school’s “Bao Xiao Lan” Volunteer Team, and read out the list of the school’s fire protection publicity ambassadors and volunteer team members, encouraging the team members to carry forward the spirit of volunteerism, pay attention to the issue of fire safety, improve the awareness of fire safety, and disseminate the knowledge of fire safety; and to take part in the practice of fire fighting to show the elegance of the students of SUIS Hefei.
为让同学们进一步了解消防知识，消防队员为师生开展消防器材知识小科普活动，通过生动的讲解和互动体验，让同学们收获颇丰，不仅丰富了知识、拓宽了视野，还深刻感悟消防英雄最美的逆行者不怕牺牲的无畏精神。

开展消防演练 增强防范观念Carry Out Fire Drills to Enhance the Concept of Prevention
为提升学校火灾疏散演练的组织和管理水平，强化师生消防安全意识和火灾应急疏散能力，培养学生终身受益的火灾应急行为习惯。11月15日，学校开展全体住宿学生火灾应急疏散演练活动，有效提升师生的消防安全知识和逃生技能，规范日常行为，降低火灾发生的风险，防范于未“燃”，筑牢校园消防安全屏障。
In order to enhance the organisation and management level of school fire evacuation drills, strengthen the fire safety awareness of teachers and students and fire emergency evacuation ability, and cultivate students’ life-long benefit of fire emergency behaviour habits. on November 15th, our school carried out fire emergency evacuation drills for all the residential students, to effectively enhance the knowledge of fire safety and escape skills of teachers and students, to regulate their daily behaviours, to reduce the risk of fire, to prevent before “fire”, build a campus fire safety barrier.
普及消防知识 树牢安全意识Popularise Fire Knowledge and Build Up Safety Awareness
在宣传月期间，学校利用升旗仪式，开展以“预防为主，生命至上”为主题的国旗下讲话，强调消防安全是每个人的责任，动员全体师生从自己做起，从现在做起，共同关注消防安全，共同守护美丽校园；利用电子显示屏投放消防警示视频和季节安全提示，通过“亮屏”教育提醒、主题班队会等，大力宣传消防安全知识和逃生自救方法，营造良好的消防安全宣传氛围。
During the publicity month, our school used the flag-raising ceremony, to carry out the “prevention is the mainstay, life is paramount” as the theme of the flag speech, stressing that fire safety is everyone’s responsibility to mobilise all teachers and students to start from their own, from now on, and pay common attention to fire safety, and jointly guard the beautiful campus; the use of electronic displays to put the fire warning video and seasonal safety tips, through the “bright screen” educational reminder, thematic classroom meetings, etc., to vigorously publicise the fire safety knowledge and self-help methods of escape, to create a good atmosphere for the propaganda of fire safety.
排查消防隐患 筑牢安全屏障Fire Safety Checking to Build Up A Safe Barrier
学校总务后勤部门组织人员开展“地毯式”消防安全隐患排查，对校园环境、消防设施、安全通道等进行全面排查，确保警示标识齐全规范，设施设备安全有效，落实定期维保措施，筑牢校园消防安全“防火墙”，为学校创造一个安全、稳定的育人环境。
School general affairs department organised personnel to carry out a “carpet” fire safety risk investigation, the campus environment, fire facilities, safety channels, etc. to carry out a comprehensive investigation, to ensure that the warning signs complete and standardised, safe and effective facilities and equipment, and the implementation of regular maintenance measures, to build a strong campus fire safety “firewall” for the school to create a safe and stable environment for the training of human beings.
