To ensure the robust and effective implementation of various support services in the new semester in the autumn start of the semester, the school’s General Affairs Department plans, deploys and takes action in advance. ·01·校园安全检查更“细心” Campus safety inspection – being more “attentive”
筑牢安全防线，守护和谐校园。“安全”是学校工作的重中之重。开学前总务处仔细排查整治各类安全隐患，营造安全和谐的校园环境，对校园各项设施设备进行检查，及时检修供电线路、供水管网，对暑期改造工程进行验收；完成水质检测，确保饮用水安全、恒温泳池水质达标。
Build a strong safety defence and guard a harmonious campus. “Safety” is of utmost importance among the school’s priorities. Before the start of the semester, the General Affairs Department has carefully inspected and rectified various safety hazards, fostering a safe and harmonious campus environment. We have inspected campus facilities and equipment, conducted timely repairs of power lines and water supply networks, inspected and overseen the summer renovation projects. We have also completed water quality testing to ensure compliance with drinking water safety standards and to meet water quality requirements for the heated swimming pool.

餐饮公司组织食堂工作人员提前到岗，开展岗前培训、对餐饮具进行清洗消毒、整理清扫就餐环境，原材料安全卫生可追溯、食品加工操作流程规范。结合不同年龄段学生及教职工饮食口味需求，学校重视食品卫生安全和膳食营养健康，合理优化供餐窗口、提升餐饮服务保障水平，做到用心制作每一餐，优质服务每一天。
The catering company has organized pre-job training for school cafeteria staff, cleaned and disinfected tableware, and maintained cleanliness in dining environments. The company ensures that food sources are safe and traceable, and food processing procedures adhere to standardized protocols. Considering the dietary preferences of students and staff of different age groups and the school’s emphasis on food safety and nutrition, we have improved the service windows, enhanced catering service assurance levels, and maintained diligence in preparing every meal and providing quality service daily.
·03·校车运行管理更“贴心”School buses operation management – being more “considerate”
按照相关规定，完成每辆校车安全技术检验、落实日常保养维护；学校与校车公司统筹协调、合理规划校车运行线路，开展校车安全管理培训和安全检查，加强校车智能监管，时时守住安全底线，强化责任担当，为学生保驾护航。
In accordance with relevant regulations, we have completed safety inspections for each school bus, implemented daily maintenance, and coordinated with the bus company for the efficient planning of the school bus routes. We have conducted school bus management training and inspections, while also strengthening intelligent supervision of school buses. We will ensure the consistent adherence to safety standards and further enhance awareness of responsibility in protecting the students.
·04·优化校园环境更“精心” Enhancing the campus environment – being more “meticulous”
经过工作人员对室内地板清洗打蜡、外墙玻璃深度清洁、绿化维护保养及品质提升、公共场所全方位专业消杀作业，认真做好校园室内外的环境卫生，让校园“绿”得有气质，“美”得有内涵，努力为师生营造优美、生态、健康的校园环境。
Our staff has diligently cleaned and waxed the indoor floors, thoroughly cleaned exterior wall glass, maintained and improved landscaping, and carried out comprehensive professional disinfection in public areas. We have conscientiously ensured the cleanliness of the campus environment, making the campus “greener” with character and more “beautiful” with substance. We aim to create a beautiful, ecological, and healthy campus environment for both students and teachers.
总务后勤处将进一步强化服务意识、细化管理措施、提升服务质量、不断强化后勤保障能力；后勤服务从“心”开始、从细着手，努力为协和师生提供更加优质、高效、暖心的后勤保障服务。
The General Affairs Support Department will further strengthen its service awareness, refine management measures, improve service quality, and continuously enhance our support capabilities. We will provide the support services conscientiously, paying attention to every detail and strive to provide SUIS HF’s students and teachers more efficient and caring support services at higher quality.
