为贯彻落实《义务教育劳动课程标准（2022年版）》，提升学生劳动意识与劳动能力，同时让五育并举、五育融合，让学生们在青山绿水中体悟成长，在花海茶田中传承文化。2023年5月8日，我校带领5-7年级学子走出校园，共赴庐江开展户外劳动实践课程。

In order to implement the “Compulsory Education Labour Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition)” and enhance students’ awareness and ability to work, as well as to integrate the five education aspects, let students grow up in the green mountains and water, and pass on their culture in the flower and tea fields, our school took students from Grade 5 to 7 out of school on May 8th, 2023, and went to Lujiang to conduct an outdoor labour practice course.

 Fun handicrafts in the Flower Farm
 
天鸣花海位于合肥市庐江县汤池镇，占地面积800亩，是国家AAA级旅游景区、安徽省休闲旅游示范点、合肥市中小学生研学旅行基地。
Located in Tangchi Town, Lujiang County, Hefei City, Tianming Sea of Flowers covers an area of 800 mu and is a national AAA-level tourist attraction, a leisure tourism demonstration site in Anhui Province and a study tour base for primary and secondary school students in Hefei City. 
花海中，孩子们有序围坐长桌两侧，听老师娓娓道来“花”的奥秘。“什么是完全花？什么是不完全花？”“月季、玫瑰与蔷薇的区别与关系是什么？”，最最重要的是，认识了极具特色的可食用玫瑰。孩子们用双手触摸花瓣细纹，用双眼细致观察玫瑰内部结构，用鼻子深深嗅吸自然甜香气息。
In a sea of flowers, the children sat in an orderly manner around a long table and listened to the teacher’s explanation of the mystery of “flowers”. “What is a complete flower? What is an incomplete flower?” “What are the differences and relationships between moonflowers, roses and roses?” The most important thing was to learn about the very special edible roses. The children touched the petals with their hands, observed the inner structure of the rose with their eyes and inhaled the natural sweet scent with their noses. 
在老师的进一步带领下，孩子们协力浸洗花瓣，沥干每一滴残露，继而将花瓣存入罐中待用。再加之与花朵体积等量冰糖，用白醋淹没，一份孩子们亲手打造的“玫瑰醋”便顺利完成了。孩子们个个高举作品，急切地想让家人们都能一饱口福。
With the teacher’s further guidance, our children worked together to dip the petals, drain every drop of residual dew and then store the petals in a jar for use. Adding the same amount of icing sugar as the flowers and drowning them in white vinegar, a ‘rose vinegar’ was created by the children. The children held their creations aloft, eager to give their families a treat.
镜头2：山间茶田里的劳动体验Shot 2: A working experience in the tea fields in the mountains 

 

庐江县的种茶历史悠久，远可追溯到东汉年代，据唐代陆羽《茶经》中引《桐君录》载：“西阳、武昌、庐江、昔陵好茗，皆东人作清茗”。本次白云春毫茶园及茶厂位于庐江县汤池镇，依山傍水，灵气环绕。
Lujiang County has a long history of tea, far back to the Eastern Han Dynasty. According to the Tang Dynasty Lu Yu “Tea Classic” quoted in the “Tongjun Record”: “Xiyang, Wuchang, Lujiang, Xiling good tea, all the people of the East for the tea”. This Baiyun Chunhao tea garden and tea factory is located in Tangchi Town, Lujiang County, surrounded by mountains and water and aura. 
来到白云春毫茶山上，还不等老师们传授摘茶技巧，孩子们便迫不及待背上背篓钻入茶田间。“老师，我摘得怎么样？”“老师，你摘了多少？”孩子们时不时围绕在老师们的身旁讨论着。漫山遍野茶树郁郁葱葱，孩子们兴奋地穿梭于茶垄之中，从生疏到熟练，在一捏一提一放中感受劳动之美。
When they arrived at Baiyun Chunhao tea hill, before the teachers taught them the skills of picking tea, our children were eager to put on their backpacks and go into the tea fields. “Teacher, how did I do?” “Teacher, how much did you pick?” From time to time, our children would gather around the teachers and discuss. The tea trees were lush and green all over the mountain, and the children were excited to go through the tea monks, from rusty to skilled, feeling the beauty of labour in a pinch and a mention. 
离开茶田，孩子们走进茶叶生产工作区，在娴熟的制茶师傅指导下体验手工制茶。他们戴上手套，三五成群，围于灶边，共同翻炒即采鲜茶，体味高温带来的茶香。孩子们纷纷表示一定要把自己亲手采制茶叶带回去给家人好好品尝。
Leaving the tea fields, our children went into the tea production work area to experience manual tea making under the guidance of the skilled tea makers. They put on gloves and gathered in groups around the stove, stir-frying the fresh tea and tasting the fragrance of tea brought by high temperature. Our children have said that they must take their own hand-picked tea back to their families for a good taste. 
旅程终了，绿水青山间的劳作却在孩子们心中留下了印迹。这次旅程孩子们在花海中用智慧创造美，在茶田间中用双手传递爱，相信他们一定会一直在劳动中锻炼品格，在劳动中传承文化。
At the end of the journey, the work in the green water and green hills left an imprint on the children’s hearts. Our children used their wisdom to create beauty in the sea of flowers and their hands to pass on love in the tea fields. We are sure that they will always be exercising their character and passing on their culture through their labour.
