公益活动不难做，难的是一场坚持。合肥市包河区协和双语学校高中部用行动告诉大家，做公益我们是认真的。

Doing charity work is not difficult, but what’s challenging is to persist in it. The high school students of SUIS Hefei have shown everyone that we take charity seriously.

近日，高中部与合肥市蜀山区春语儿童康复中心签订了三年的公益活动协议，这三年中，我们的协和少年们将用自己虽然稚嫩但是依旧炙热的心胸去温暖春语的每一位儿童。

Recently, the High School Section of SUIS Hefei signed a three-year engagement with Chunyu Rehabilitation Center for charity activities. During these three years, teenagers of SUIS will warm every child in Chunyu with their young and passionate hearts, even though they may be childish and inexperienced.

 

古语说：“三月春将半”，此刻正是春光无限的时候。阳光洒下，米粒显得格外的圆润，那金灿灿的是最炙热的油，牛奶的洁白好像也想跳出来迎接这温暖的阳光。
As the old saying goes, “Spring will be half over in March”, and this is the time of year when spring is in full bloom. The sunshine shone down, and the grains appeared particularly plump. A clump of golden canola flowers bloomed. The pure white milk seemed to want to jump out to welcome this warm sunshine.

 

 

这一次我们来赴三年之约。

This time we come to fulfill the three-year engagement.

这次高中部师生代表带着慰问品，来到合肥市蜀山区春语儿童康复中心，与该中心听障、自闭症儿童交流互动，献上自己的一份爱心。
The representatives of the High School Department came to Chunyu Rehabilitation Center for Children in Shushan District, Hefei City, with comforting gifts, and interacted with deaf and autistic children in the center, offering their love.

细细感受特殊儿童的课堂，协和高中的少年们此刻眼中只有无限的关爱与温暖。

By experiencing the classes of special children, our teenagers only have infinite love and warmth in their eyes at this moment.

我们一起分享美食，我们用最舒适的方式交流，我们一起游戏。

We shared food, communicated most comfortably, and played games together.

此刻的协和少年们身上都闪烁着光，我们是“小小大人”去温暖每一个特殊儿童。

At this moment, the teenagers were shining with light. We were “little adults” who brought warmth to every unique child.

 

高中部的学生们走出校园，参与到社会公益活动中，这不仅是去给特殊儿童带去关怀，同时在一场场活动中，协和学子变得博爱，我们知道这个世界是需要爱需要感恩的。
The students of the High School Section have stepped out of the campus and participated in social charity activities. This is not only to bring care to special children but also to become more benevolent in each activity. We know that love and gratitude matter.

在春语康复中心，我见到了一群无比可爱的小朋友。他们虽然有些佩戴耳蜗，听力不是很好，却依然热情的和我们沟通；他们虽然有时候不善言辞，但是却主动与我们一起做游戏；他们虽然有些身体不便，但是却照样在认真学习，绽放笑容。

At Chunyu Rehabilitation Center, I saw a group of adorable children. Although they wear cochlear implants and have poor hearing, they communicate enthusiastically with us. Although they are sometimes not good at speaking, they play games with us actively. Although some have physical disabilities, they still learn seriously and blossom with smiles.

在那里，我也见到了一群无比认真负责有耐心的老师，他们耐心地领导孩子们活动肢体，细心地观察他们每个人的情绪。

Here, I also saw a group of very responsible and patient teachers who lead children’s activities seriously and carefully observe their emotions.

我的收获很多，这些孩子们身上的天真、善良，面对生活的勇气，让我感到无比震撼，让我可以面对生活挫折，面对困惑时可以像他们一样振作起来。

I gained a lot from this experience. The innocence and kindness of these children and their courage in facing life made me feel extremely shocked. It allowed me to face life setbacks and confusion like them.

我看到春语康复中心的小朋友们，充满了阳光与童真。他们会给我一个大大的拥抱，是那样的温暖与热情。虽然上天给予了他们一些特别的礼物，让他们可能不善言辞，怯于表达，会害怕与别人接触或交流。把自己锁在沉默的小世界里，呆呆地坐在椅子上，可是我依旧能感受到这群可爱的小朋友们的勇气。小朋友们会和我打招呼，一起做游戏，一起拍照。会咿咿呀呀地向我表达自己的诉求。

I saw the children at Chunyu Rehabilitation Center, full of sunshine and childlike innocence. They gave me a big hug that was so warm and enthusiastic. Although they have been given some special gifts by God, which may make them not good at speaking, afraid of contact or communication with others, and sometimes they lock themselves in a silent little world, sitting on a chair dumbly, I can still feel the courage of these lovely children. Children will greet me, play games with me, take pictures together, and express their demands in babbling language.

很感谢这次公益活动，让我有了一个完全不同的感受。我祝愿春语康复中心所有的小朋友们，有一个光明的未来。

I am very grateful for this charity event, which gave me a different feeling. I hope all the children at Chunyu Rehabilitation Center can have a bright future.

上周，有幸访问了春语康复中心，并且和小朋友们相处了一个下午。我从他们的生活中了解到他们身体上的一些困难，我还看到了一位热爱音乐的盲人老师，给予了我很大的鼓舞。相比于这位老师，我觉得之前生活中的困难，真的不算什么困难。

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit Chunyu Rehabilitation Center and spent an afternoon with the children. I learned about some physical difficulties they had in their lives. I also saw a blind teacher who loved music and greatly encouraged me. Compared with this teacher, I felt that my life’s difficulties were nothing.

通过这次探访，我更加了解了一些特殊儿童的生活，也知道了老师和家长的不易，更让我珍惜眼前的生活。康复中心的孩子让我感受到了生命的脆弱，有一位虽然失明，但是依然能像“正常人”一样生活的老师给我留下了深刻的印象，也让我感受到了生命的伟大。

Through this visit, I better understood the lives of some special children and knew the difficulties of teachers and parents. It made me cherish my life even more. The children at the rehabilitation center made me feel the fragility of life. A teacher in the center left a deep impression on me. Although this teacher was blind, he could still live with a positive attitude, making me feel life’s greatness.

康复中心的孩子们，很热情地欢迎我们。我看到，经过艰苦的训练，有许多孩子有能力克服身体的障碍，去做自己喜欢的事，真的很高兴。我们应该用正常人的眼光去对待他们，包容，协助，我很感谢有这次机会。

In the rehabilitation center, we were highly welcomed by children. Many children have overcome physical obstacles through rehabilitation training and can do what they love. We should treat them with ordinary eyes, tolerance, and assistance. I am very grateful for this opportunity.
