2023年3月27日上午，芜湖市副市长朱的娥，安徽师范大学副校长任永，芜湖市教育局局长章世海，芜湖市教育局副局长李兵，芜湖市教育局基教科科长李琳一行在我市教育局副局长徐磊，包河区教育体育局党委委员胡冬梅等领导的陪同下，来我校调研、座谈国际化教育。

On the morning of 27 March 2023, Zhu Di’e, Vice Mayor of Wuhu City, Ren Yong , Vice President of Anhui Normal University, Zhang Shihai, Director of Wuhu Education Bureau, Li Bing, Deputy Director of Wuhu Education Bureau and Li Lin, Head of Basic Education Section of Wuhu Education Bureau. accompanied by Xu Lei, Deputy Director of our Education Bureau and Hu Dongmei, member of the Party Committee of the Education and Sports Bureau of Baohe District, came to our school to investigate and discuss international education.

 

 

在喻霞校长的陪同下，朱的娥副市长一行参观了校园，对校区整体建筑、环境创设、班级氛围、学生精神面貌充分了解并给与高度赞扬。

Accompanied by Principal Wendy Yu, Vice Mayor Zhu visited the campus and gave high praise to the overall architecture, environmental design, classroom atmosphere and student spirit.

 

座谈会由合肥市教育局副局长徐磊主持，徐副局长从合肥市基础教育国际化情况、主要举措和成效、下一步工作打算三个方面做重点分享。包河区教育体育局党委委员胡冬梅就包河区引进国际化办学资源的具体做法作详细分享。

The symposium was hosted by Xu Lei, Deputy Director of Hefei Education Bureau, who shared highlights from three aspects: the internationalisation of basic education in Hefei, the main initiatives and results, and the next work plan. Hu Dongmei, a member of the Party Committee of the Education and Sports Bureau of Baohe District, shared in detail on the specific practices of introducing international schooling resources in Baohe District.

 

 

喻霞校长就我校课程设置特色、教育教学开展做专题分享，我校秉承“融合中西，和谐发展”的办学理念，坚持“五育并举”、“五育融合”，尊重学生生命成长规律，以学生的健康成长和全面发展为本，多维发力实施“全人教育”。阶梯型、模块化、可选择的课程建构，融合国际先进教育理念的和课程元素的基础型+拓展型+探究型三类课程获得芜湖市领导的高度认可。

Principal Wendy Yu shared the characteristics of our school’s curriculum and educational teaching. Our school adheres to the philosophy of “harmonious development where the East meets the West”, insists on the “Educating Five Domains Simultaneously” and “Integration of Moral, Intellectual, Physical, Aesthetic and Labor Education”. Respecting the law of students’ growth, our school is committed to the healthy growth and all-round development of students, and is committed to the implementation of “whole-person education” in multiple dimensions. The progressive, modularized and selective curriculum construction, which integrates the internationally advanced educational concepts and curriculum elements of the three types of curriculum – Basic Courses + Extended Courses + Inquiry-based Courses – has been highly recognized by the leaders of Wuhu City.

 

朱的娥副市长表示，优质的国际化教育资源是加快建设省副中心城市的重要因素，协和教育的办学理念、课程设置让人眼前一亮，给此次考察之行画上圆满句号，希望两市之间高频交流，将合肥市国际化教育的优良经验传播到芜湖生根发芽，共同为安徽省国际化教育发展助力，为促进长三角一体化发展助力。

Vice Mayor Zhu Di’e said that quality international education resources are an important factor in accelerating the construction of the provincial sub-centre city. The philosophy of schooling and curriculum of Xiehe Education are eye-catching and bring the visit to a successful conclusion. We hope that high-frequency exchanges between the two cities will spread the good experience of international education in Hefei to Wuhu and help the development of international education in Anhui Province and the promotion of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
