五位小主持人热情洋溢的开场，合肥市包河区协和双语学校一年级组第一届美德集会正式拉开帷幕。
The first virtues assembly of the P1 group at SUIS HF kicked off with an enthusiastic opening by the five young hosts. 
随着悠扬婉转的钢琴声，一年级的宝贝们像百灵鸟一样唱起了《协和校园之歌》。
With the gentle sound of the piano, the P1 students sang the Xiehe School Song like larks.

 

正如校歌中吟唱的那样，“不同语言的歌声，交相辉映。”协和校园里处处洋溢着关爱的笑脸，P1B魏沐泽小朋友用绘本的形式再次诠释了协和宝贝们关爱的美德。
As the school song goes, “Songs in different languages, intermingled.” Our school was full of smiling faces and P1B Billy Wei once again illustrated the caring virtues of the children at SUIS HF in the form of a picture book. 
我们协和学子不仅关爱学校里的伙伴，也关心关爱着社会上素未谋面的同龄孩子。
We at SUIS HF care not only for our school mates, but also for children of the same age in the community whom we have never met.
P1E班徐以沫爸爸和“口罩天使”中途宿舍公益机构的顾老师讲述了一些关于“口罩天使”的故事。
P1E’s Mira Xu’s father and Mr. Gu from the “Mask Angel” halfway house charity told some stories about the “Mask Angel”.
我们合肥市包河区协和双语学校的喻霞校长平日里对孩子们言传身教“关爱”的美德，今天来到我们的美德集会，为徐以沫爸爸颁发了“家长讲师”证书，并在集会尾声赞美鼓励了我们的协和宝贝，并予以嘉奖。
Principal Wendy Yu of SUIS HF, who teaches our children the virtue of “caring” by example, came to our virtue assembly today to present a “Parent Lecturer” certificate to Mira Xu’s father and to end the assembly by praising and encouraging our SUIS HF students with an award.

“众人拾柴火焰高”，来自高中部的龚伯轩大哥哥也加入到了本次公益捐款活动中来，他用实际行动宣告这世界上没有人是一座孤岛，总有人会在黑暗中送来温暖的光。龚伯轩大哥哥运用所学知识，探究实际问题，在校期间获得了两项专利，一项已经转让的专利是“搭载定位报警多功能夜跑腰带”；另一项专利是“城市内涝监测预警救援系统”。
“Many hands make light work”. Big brother Alex Gong from our high school also joined the charity donation campaign, declaring with his practical actions that no one is an island in this world and there is always someone who will send a warm light in the darkness. Using his knowledge to investigate practical problems, our student Alex Gong was awarded two patents while at school. One patent, which has been transferred, is for a multi-functional night running belt with positioning alarm; the other is for an early warning rescue system for monitoring urban flooding. 
愿“关爱”的美德在协和校园内外薪火相传，温暖你我。
May the virtue of “caring” be passed on to you and me on and off our SUIS HF.
