扇子起源于中国，中国扇文化有着深厚的文化底蕴，是民族文化的一个组成部分。一轮明月形的扇子称之为“团扇”，又称“合欢扇”，寓意团圆友善、吉祥如意。

Fans originated in China, and Chinese fan culture has a deep cultural heritage and is an integral part of national culture. A fan in the shape of a bright moon is called a “reunion fan”, also known as a “hehuan fan”, signifying reunion, friendliness and good fortune

制扇至美 Fanmaking To Beauty

为弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化，进一步丰富教职工的文化生活，我校在本次国际劳动妇女节之际开展“邂逅一场中国诗意的浪漫–古风干花团扇手工活动”，全校女教职工一起感受传统文化之美，在轻松欢乐的氛围中，让传统文化沁润心田。
In order to promote the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and further enrich the cultural life of staff, our school launched the “Encounter with a Chinese Poetic Romance – Ancient Style Dried Flower Fan Handicraft Activity” on the occasion of the International Working Women’s Day. 

 

看，一把把团扇、一朵朵经过特殊工艺处理的鲜花、配叶在老师们的手中“翩翩起舞”，老师们沉浸在五颜六色的花材中，巧手翻飞、修剪、粘贴，各具巧思，在欢笑交流声中，将美好祝愿藏于扇面，收于心中，不一会，一把把高颜值的团扇相继出炉。
Look, a fan, a flower and a leaf with special treatment are dancing in the hands of our teachers. Our teachers were immersed in the colourful flowers, and their hands were flicking, trimming and pasting, each with their own ingenious ideas, and in the sound of laughter and communication, they hid their good wishes on the surface of the fan and collected them in their hearts. 

小小的一把团扇，凝结了古代艺术的精髓，将古朴雅致的团扇与现代时尚相结合，让大家感受到传统文化的博大精深。

A small doughnut fan condenses the essence of ancient art, combining the ancient and elegant doughnut fan with modern fashion, allowing everyone to feel the profundity of traditional culture.

茶文化也是中国传统文化的组成部分。中国是茶的故乡，有以茶代礼的风俗，春茶即将上市，一套的好的茶具便是茶的最佳拍档！

惊喜在这里Surprise Here

尽管本次活动仅限于女教职工参加，但是男教职工的家属们一样是我们的协和女神，学校也为她们准备了一份节日礼物，由喻校长将礼物与祝福一并送到每一位男教职工手中，希望每一位教职工的家属感受到来自学校的关怀，也祝愿全体合肥协和人、家庭美满、阖家欢乐！
Although this activity is limited to female staff, the family members of male staff are also our goddesses. Our school has prepared a holiday gift for them, and Principal Wendy Yu delivered the gift together with her blessings to each male staff member, hoping that the families of every staff member feel cared for by the school and wishing all SUIS HF people a happy family!
