为优化学校食堂工作，让学生健康快乐成长，让家长安心放心， 2月15日，学校邀请校级家委会代表走进学校食堂，了解食堂工作，对食堂工作进行检查和监督。
In order to optimise the work of the school canteen, to make students grow up healthily and happily, and to reassure parents, the school invited representatives of the school-level PSG to visit the school canteen on the 15th of February to know more about the work of the canteen, to inspect and supervise the work of the canteen.
民主座谈，畅所欲言 Democratic discussion, speak out freely
校级领导和总务后勤领导针对家长的询问，详细回答了学校食堂管理、运营等情况。食堂独立运营，具有本地和国际化经验，满足我校师生的就餐要求。食堂的食材采购来自于大品牌，从源头专人把关；食材当天用当天送，新鲜卫生。厨师择优选聘，服务人员经培训持健康证上岗。严格执行明厨亮灶，安装监控，厨师在监控下操作，可随时调看监控视频。每周菜谱不重样，有营养师指导厨师烹饪，做到科学配餐、营养均衡。食堂还有专职面点师，为学生提供优质的中西式点心。
School leaders and general logistics leaders responded to parents’ enquiries and gave detailed answers about the management and operation of the school canteen. The canteen is independently operated, with local and international experience, and meets the dining requirements of our students and teachers. The canteen’s ingredients are sourced from major brands and are controlled from the source; the ingredients are delivered on the same day they are used and are fresh and hygienic. The chefs are selected on the basis of merit, and the service staff are trained to work with health certificates. The chef operates under surveillance and can view the video at any time. The menu does change every week, and there is a nutritionist to guide the chef in cooking, so that the meals are scientifically prepared and nutritionally balanced.

家委会代表们来到食堂，参观了学校食堂的洗菜区、切配处、蒸饭间、配餐间及消毒间、用餐大厅等处，对厨房餐具、碗筷、消毒用具、菜品质量等进行了全方位的检查，了解了食堂操作的各个环节，查看了学校食堂相关记录及台账。齐备的消毒设备、干净整洁的食材存储和良好的用餐环境给家长们留下了深刻的印象。全面了解了学校食堂餐饮管理工作及食品制作过程，使大家对学校食品的生产和服务更加安心、放心和舒心。
Our representatives visited the canteen, the vegetable washing area, the cutting and preparation area, the steaming room, the meal preparation and sterilisation room, the dining hall, etc. They inspected all aspects of the kitchen cutlery, dishes, sterilisation utensils and the quality of the dishes, understood all aspects of the canteen operation and checked the relevant records and accounts of the school canteen. The parents were impressed by the sterilisation equipment, the clean and tidy storage of ingredients and the good dining environment. A comprehensive understanding of the school canteen’s catering management and food production process made everyone feel more at ease, secure and comfortable about the production and service of school food.
美味可口，开心就餐 Delicious food, enjoyable dining
家长代表们还查看了学生的就餐情况，并和师生一起在食堂就餐。体验食堂营养丰富的午餐，感受学生文明愉快用餐的良好氛围。他们纷纷表示：“学校的饭菜荤素搭配，比我们自己在家做的更有营养，孩子们在这吃饭我们很放心。”
Our parent representatives also checked out the students’ meals and dined with the teachers and students in the canteen. They experienced the nutritious lunches in the canteen and the good atmosphere. They have said, “The school meals are a good mix of meat and vegetables, more nutritious than the ones we make ourselves at home, and we are very relieved that our children are eating here.”
交流反馈，建言献策 Exchanging feedback , offer good suggestions
家长代表们通过实地查看了解学校食堂安全管理的各环节，对学校食品安全工作进行了一次深入检查，深切感受到了学校对食堂食品安全的重视，他们对学校食堂管理工作给予了肯定，对孩子在校的饮食安全与质量更加放心，同时也为学校食堂管理提出了建设性意见。
Our parents’ representatives had an in-depth inspection of the school’s food safety work by looking at the various aspects of the school’s canteen safety management. They deeply felt the importance attached to the school’s canteen food safety, and they were positive about the school’s canteen management and more assured about the safety and quality of their children’s food at school, while also putting forward constructive suggestions for the school’s canteen management.
三餐烟火暖，四季皆安然。一份营养餐，饱含着学校对协和学子的浓浓爱意；一份营养餐，展示出学校工作的细心、用心、尽心；一份营养餐，是学校促进学生全面健康成长的生动实践。学校食堂的工作得到了合肥市市场监督管理局食品安全管理部门的认可，2022年10月，我校食堂被评为餐饮服务食品安全监督量化管理“A级单位”。
Three meals are warm, and all seasons are peaceful. A nutritious meal is full of the school’s love for the students of SUIS HF; a nutritious meal shows the care, dedication and commitment of the school’s work; a nutritious meal is a vivid practice of the school to promote the overall healthy growth of students.The work of the school canteen was recognised by the food safety management department of the Hefei Municipal Market Supervision Administration, and in October 2022, our school canteen was awarded the “A-class unit” for quantitative management of food safety supervision of catering services.
此次活动，不仅增强了学校食品安全工作的透明度，提高了食堂食品安全管理工作的水平，也充分发挥了家委会的监管作用，真正让家长成为学校管理工作的参与者、监督者和建议者。在今后的工作中学校将进一步落实好食品安全责任制度和各种食品安全管理规定，提高学校食堂安全管理水平，朝着更规范、更科学的目标努力，为学生的健康成长提供服务保障。
This event not only enhanced the transparency of the school’s food safety work and improved the level of food safety management in the canteen, but also gave full play to the supervisory role of the PSG, truly allowing parents to become participants, supervisors and advisers in the school’s management. In the future, the school will further implement the food safety responsibility system and various food safety management regulations, improve the level of school canteen safety management, work towards a more standardised and scientific goal, and provide services to ensure the healthy growth of students.
