11月18日，我校同学们参加了国际英文拼词大会预选赛的笔试。在井然有序的选拔中，万众期待的“英语活动周”拉开了帷幕。
On the 18th of November, our students took part in the written test for the Spelling Bee preliminaries. The much-anticipated English Week began with a well-organised selection process.
本次比赛分为个人战和团队赛。个人赛中，老师们设置了“慧眼识词”，“词汇车轮赛”等活动项目。在紧张又欢乐的氛围中，学生们不仅纷纷展现出英语学习的成功，英语学习的氛围也越来越浓厚。
The competition was divided into individual and team competitions. In the individual competition, the teachers set up activities such as “Quick Knowing Words” and “Vocabulary Wheel Race”. In a tense and fun atmosphere, students not only showed their success in learning English, but also the atmosphere of English learning became stronger and stronger.
团队赛的比拼更是如火如荼。不同班级或不同年级的学生们组成战队，积极投入到“单词接龙”“单词破译”等活动中。在这个过程中，他们不仅培养了团队精神和拼搏意识，也在欢乐的氛围中获得了英语学习的乐趣。
The team competition was in full swing. Students from different classes or years formed teams and actively participated in activities such as ‘Word Solitaire’ and ‘Word Decipher’. In the process, they not only cultivated team spirit and a sense of hard work, but also had fun learning English in a fun atmosphere.
