自11月9日我校全体师生从居家学习中回归校园,到本周线下教育教学的正常开展,家校沟通起了非常重要的作用。为了全面了解学生居家期间的学习情况,掌握和指导学生的生活和心理状况,消除家长和学生产生的焦虑情绪,保障学生学习效果及身心健康发展,我校班主任积极投入到了“家校云相聚,沟通零距离”的线上家访活动。通过本次线上家访,不仅有助于老师把握学生的居家学习生活状态,调整教育教学模式,更能协助家长更好地胜任家庭教育职责,形成和谐良好的亲子关系。

From the return of all our students and teachers from home study on November,9th to the normal implementation of offline education and teaching this week, home-school communication has played a very important role. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the students’ learning situation during the home study period, grasp and guide the students’ living and psychological conditions, eliminate parents’ and students’ anxiety, and ensure the students’ learning effectiveness and healthy physical and mental development, our class teachers actively participated in the online home visit activity of “Home-School Cloud Gathering, Zero Distance Communication”. The online home visit not only helps teachers to grasp the students’ home learning and living conditions and adjust the education and teaching mode, but also helps parents to better perform their family education duties and form a harmonious parent-child relationship.

 

一、交流学生情况 Communicating About Students

班主任通过微信、电话、视频等多种形式进行了在线家访,全面了解学生的家庭情况,如居家期间的同住人,学习指导人信息,学生居家学习的生活情况,如网课环境、在家表现、个人习惯、参加锻炼和作息时间等情况,提醒同学们线上学习的基本要求和注意事项等。

Class teachers conducted online home visit through various forms such as WeChat, telephone and video to gain a comprehensive understanding of the students’ family situation, such as the person living with them during their stay at home, information about their study guides, the students’ life at home, such as the environment of online classes, their performance at home, personal habits, participation in exercise and rest time, and reminded the students of the basic requirements and precautions for online learning.

 

 

二、指导育人方法,了解情绪状态 Guiding Parenting Methods & Understanding Students Emotional States

通过和家长的交流了解家长的困难困惑,分享科学的教育方法和策略,寻找打开孩子心灵的钥匙。给予家长底气,帮助构建和谐的亲子关系。面对突如其来的居家学习,有些家长感到焦虑无所适从,不知道怎样进行有效的亲子陪伴。班主任通过线上家访给家长充充电,打打气,指导家长多陪伴孩子,鼓励家长通过亲子游戏、亲子阅读、共制美食,合作家务等体验和谐亲子关系,让学生更多地积累精神能量。此外,还指导家长做孩子合格的倾听者,每天有交流时间,有积极的交流方式,传递彼此的关爱。对于集中隔离的学生和家庭,由班主任以“一对一”的方式进行心理疏导,帮助学生缓解焦虑情绪,给予心理支持。

Through communication with parents, class teachers understand their difficulties and confusion, share scientific education methods and strategies, and find the key to unlocking their children’s hearts and minds, giving parents the confidence to help build a harmonious parent-child relationship. Some parents feel anxious and confused when faced with sudden home learning, and do not know how to provide effective parent-child support. Through online home visit, class teachers recharge parents’ batteries and give them guidance on how to spend more time with their children, encouraging them to experience a harmonious parent-child relationship through parent-child games, parent-child reading, making food together and collaborative housework, so that students can build up more spiritual energy. Parents are also instructed to be competent listeners to their children, to have daily communication time and positive ways of communicating their love and care for each other. For students and families in concentrated isolation, class teachers work on a ‘one-to-one’ basis to help ease anxiety and provide psychological support.

 

 

三、听取家长意见 Taking Parents’ advice

班主任认真听取家长提出的关于教育教学的建议,及时反馈总结,合理吸纳,并不断改进自己的工作。

Class teachers take parents’ advice on education and teaching, provide timely feedback and summaries, incorporate them reasonably, and continuously improve their own work.

 

 

在学生和家长迷茫的时期,老师应当成为家长的“智慧参谋”,学生的“暖心朋友”,学校的“同行渡船”,让学生的成长学习不停步。云端家访是一场温暖于心的教育行动,本次线上家访活动,不仅增近了教师与家长、孩子的感情,更能有效帮助家长解决居家学习出现的困难,化解居家学习的压力,维护学生身心健康,助力孩子健康成长。学校将继续以积极认真的态度,扎实开展家校沟通工作,让教育彰显出温度,让家校共育开出智慧之花。

At a time when students and parents are at a loss, teachers should become “wise counselors” for parents, “warm friends” for students, and “peer ferries” for school, so that students’ growth and learning do not stop. This online home visit not only brings teachers closer to parents and children, but also helps parents to solve the difficulties of home learning, relieve the pressure of home learning, maintain students’ physical and mental health, and help children to grow up healthily. Our school will continue to take a positive and serious attitude to carry out home-school communication work, so that education can show its temperature and home -school education can blossom into a flower of wisdom.
